The order took a bit longer than expected but the shift manager was very polite and did communicate there would be a delay due to short staffing. The food was worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Hopefully they get the staffing they need to continue and have great service.

I have so many issues with this location. they finally understood the "leave at door" request yet they didnt even knock! i noticed it was delivered by tracking the order. who knows how long the food had been sitting there! When i called the Jimmy Johns to bring up the issue the person who answered the phone only said he could speak with the driver to find out how long it had been sitting at my front door. this is the worst customer service & the worst Jimmy Johns location i have ever dealt with. I may need to just start going to Jersey Mikes thats near by!

I should have probably read the reviews about this Jimmy John’s... it’s about to be an hour since I’ve placed an order. I appreciate the call from the driver letting me know how far he was. But an hour waiting for supposedly “freaky fast” delivery. Yeah right.

My order wasn’t freaky fast. Nor was it even delivered to me. I called to check on my order an hour after it was out for delivery not only to find out I hadn’t received the call I requested when they got close, but also to find out that the driver LEFT MY MEAL OUTSIDE OF MY JOB’S DOORS and didn’t say anything to me about it. I had to call to get the answer to where it might be. A business. What makes you think that’s ok to leave food outside of a building where you clearly saw no one! I was going to give a cash tip when they got to me like I normally do for deliveries, but I’m glad I didn’t get the chance to.

Naomi took my order and she was fantastic. A nice attitude goes a long way.

Went in for a quick sandwich with my wife. My wife hates onions and I love them. We ordered the gian Italian. Asked if they could please make half no onions and they did not hesitate to say yes. Very friendly. Labeled the one without onions for us and brought it to our booth for us even though it was to go. Good job guys. This was on 03/30/2019 around 3 pm.

Don’t go!! Horrible experience! Ordered $60 worth of sandwiches and took them an HOUR to deliver them! Everytime I called they said it’ll be five minutes, I only live 3 minutes away!! Called the manager and all she could offer me was excuses about how busy they are and swamped and they can’t do anything maybe a $5 credit !!
