Jason's Deli

So I did the online curbside for pickup. I asked for extra Ranch dressing in the comments. I didn't realize there was an extra charge for the ranch (they have the beat ranch). My issue is that they gave me 2 different sizes as you can see in the photos. So if I'm paying extra for it why wasn't the second one the same size as the first one especially if your charging the customer after they closed out their ticket. Had I hot checked my receipt I would not have known this was extra. Please make that known to your customers.

This post is really for all of Jason’s Deli. First and foremost every time I visit this establishment the people are always so kind and courteous. I often call in ahead to place my order to go and they always pick right up. And today what finally made me write this post was because when I called in the associate I spoke with already knew what I wanted based off my last order and even knew that I wanted to add broccoli. Now this location has been my primary location for the past 4 years or so. Jason’s has grown especially attached to me because during the beginning of the pandemic I saw they advertised they were selling certain items like bread Milk and eggs from there own resources to help people in need although I was not in that case. And recently on Facebook Memories it reminded me when I posted this info for others to view and share. Which making my visit today and yet surprising me again made a small little full circle moment. Now today I ordered the the chicken Alfredo. Which is the best among any other major sit In restaurant chain. But seriously the food has never failed even on nights you don’t know what to eat. You get a free ice cream cone. The food is very “cafe” style but also homey and it just feels good to visit and at Jason’s as if he’s a true friend.

This location is great!!! After potbellys cancelled my catering order last min i was in a crunch to feed an office full of people. Not only was the food delicious but the people there were great! I was so happy that i was able to have a catering menu in less than 30 min! They will forever be getting our orders in comparison to the competition across the street. Thank you Jasons deli!

The manager Amanda was absolutely the best! The true meaning of customer service with a smile and care regarding a customer. She went above and beyond to make not only my night but my “woman” craving not only happen but I felt ok asking for their amazing garlic toast amd ranch alone! If only more people had her sweet disposition and personality! Thank you Amanda, I appreciate you!

Met a friend for dinner after work. They allowed her to look at a menu while she waited for me. When we ordered, I could see the teamwork. A Male manager took Deborah's order, answered questions for me to decide, then had to answer an incoming call. Clemencia stepped in to take my order as soon as she could tell I was ready. And when I asked her opinion between their chili and their new turkey chili, she didn't just tell me which she liked, but she gave me an example of how she enjoyed each one. With her recommendation, I ordered a bowl of turkey chili with my panini and took home the rest of my turkey chili to enjoy later. After working all day, where I am the expert and make decisions to assist my customers, it was very helpful and pleasant to have expert Clemencia help me make a dinner decision that I enjoyed.

Even though today my friend had to take her food to go because of system failure I have nothing bad to say. They are always nice and food is good. Employees kept apologizing for the delay due to system failure and tried to inform everyone as they came in. During lunch time sometimes we don't have time to finish our food , it takes a while to come out, because it gets pretty busy. Only once i was not satisfy with my order but I know mistakes can be made so it didn't stop me from going back. I love the fire chicken soup and today we had the papa verde which was amazing. It's so big that I couldn't even finish half of it. I order their soup everytime I go. Main reason I go is because I want the fire chicken soup.
