Duck Donuts

I can see there are going to be some decoration changes, I really adore the idea of having rubber ducks everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt very welcoming. I regret not eating my doughnut when it was fresh, but it was still yummy after I waited. I will still have to plan a trip back specifically for a fresh one and hopefully to see the rubber ducks out in full swing!

I don't remember what I bought here to be honest. I do remember that a dozen donuts was $28. I also remember the long wait, dispute being the only one there. I absolutely remember the staff's friendliness! When I walked in I expected to see donuts ready. While I was slightly disappointed, the disappointment disappeared as soon as the staff said "All our donuts are made to order". I mean, I waited 10 minutes for my dozen donuts. When I took one out the box it almost burned my fingers! It was that fresh! The first bite... you know, there's only one place that came close to this type of taste. The location is a bit hidden but I bet you won't forget it! Try them out! They're awesome!

Duck Donuts was a good experience. The donuts are made to order, so they are fresh, warm, and extremely good. They also add whatever topping you would like, which includes every yummy sweet sprinkle, drizzle, or glaze one could imagine. I got a "Smore's". It did not disappoint. Amazing! They also have breakfast sandwiches with either a bagel, English muffin, or on a plain cake donut (so good). I'm a big drink guy; the drink offered is important to me. They have a plethora of drinks, including coffees, lattes, hot chocolate, sodas and juices. They would have gotten 5 stars if the young lady serving us would have smiled with any interest in making us feel welcome instead of looking down the majority of the time. Both workers, one male, one female, were efficient enough and did complete our order with wonderful results. 👍🏼 Duck donuts only has vanilla (the batter) donuts. No chocolate plain cake. 😔 Yet!? But again, they have lotsa toppings. 😋

Made to order donuts, subway/chipotle style. Chose the french toast toppings and the donut itself came out fresh, hot, and fluffy. Very delicious and it was honestly unexpected. Friday night got kind of busy but from start to finish I still got my donut in like idk 8 minutes so it wasn't that bad. Donut: 8/10 Service: 6/10 Value: 5/10

Ducks Donuts is one of the freshest, decadent donuts you can get. They warm and prepare your choice of toppings or signature flavored donut. I stopped by the Irvine location where Sam greeted and prepared my treats. He was polite and informative. Thank you for prepping my long awaited dessert cravings.

Donuts were very good (although very sugary). The conceit is unique and well executed. The two employees at this location did a remarkable job. Not just providing great service but making the food look as good as it tasted. I imagine it would be easy enough to just slap toppings on a donut, but they actually took the extra time to make it look pretty. A couple other things of note: best store bought hot chocolate I've ever had; they serve Thrifty ice cream (iykyk).
