My family and I enjoy grabbing dinner at the Kebab Shop in the Los Olivos Marketplace in Irvine. We go there to pick up early dinner about once a week or every 2 weeks. We love their food, portion size & taste, and their service &staff, especially LALO! He treats us like family with a warm welcome and smile every time we go there. You need to try their Wraps with fries put inside and also their Crave Fries! I highly recommend The Kebab Shop to anyone looking for some tasty Mediterranean food, friendly service and atmosphere!

Every time I come here I have the best experience. The food is always so fresh and full of flavor. The customer service is top notch and they always go above and beyond. Lalo is super professional and his customer service is amazing. Always taking care of me and my friends when we come in. This is the best location by far and I come here a few times a week! Really happy to have TKS in our neighborhood! Definitely 10/10 recommendation!

Solomon is the best. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, quick to get to your order. This place was awesome, the steak burrito with the pickled onions was to die for. Highly recommend that you come and taste this great food. 👍

This review is for Lalo, the general manager. We regularly order lunch catering from here. I was having issues placing my order with Door Dash. I was unsure if Door Dash would have a driver for my delivery. I called The Kebab Shop and Lalo was absolutely amazing. It is incredibly rare these days to find the level of customer service I received. He said he wanted to make sure I was happy and if the driver didn’t show, he would personally deliver the food. What?! During lunch rush?! I couldn’t believe it. At a time when it feels as though people are mostly looking out for themselves alone, this man’s kindness and generosity caught me off guard and reminded me to extend that same level of kindness to others. We need more Lalos in this world! Thank you!!

They got rid of the kids meal which was the perfect portion size for me and they jacked up the price across the board since the last time I was here. The food is still good but a single wrap is now bordering on dine-in places.
