My order from their menu is always the Dan Dan noodle. I think there’s no place that makes Dan Dan noodles as good as here. The servers are always friendly and helpful, the chef always makes the best food, and there’s plenty of tables for customers. I hope there were more Dings Gardens around Orange County. This is my #1 Chinese food restaurant.

I got takeout the other day. It was a busy Friday lunch rush. They had a mild wait for tables. A greeter brought me right up to the register located in the rear to take my order. I went with the curry chicken fried rice. After I paid they gave me a number. I waited on a bench near the entrance. I dont think it was even 10 minutes before they called me.
The rice was good - flavorful and just spicy enough. I'll ask them to make it hotter next time. It was a good portion - a good value for the price. I was very satisfied.
