Great staff and delicious iced lattes! The parking lot gets SUPER busy during lunch (at least every time I’ve gone) but I’ve never had an issue going before or after work. Make sure to get the app as well to get points toward free coffee/bakery items every time you check in and make a purchase!

Better coffee and pastries than you-know-who-bucks 😀 This location is convenient to the San Diego Creek bike trail through Irvine. Makes a nice stop. Exit the trail at Coronado or Main.
