Friendly workers, relaxing atmosphere, fun games, delicious drink and food... Taichi Bubbletea is hands down my most favorite place to relax in Rochester. Their menu is fantastic. I have been going there since they opened in Henrietta. It makes me so proud and happy to see they have another location in Irondiquoit! This is definately a place to visit. If you have never had the "bubbles" before, maybe get it on the side, or ask for less - or none until you're ready!
5-star iced Taichi Milk Tea at a 5-star place. Love this quiet and beautiful place in Rochester. All clerks are smiles and willing to accommodate special requests. Good amount of seating for a milk tea shop. Although it is cold outside, the iced milk tea still made me impressive- I would drink it any day!
I come here an embarrassing number of times a week for bubble tea. They always treat me with kindness, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Customer service was lacking and questions felt more like an inconvenience to the worker. The tea I got was a kiwi green iced bubble tea with passion fruit Boba and was highly delish and well worth the price. I would have loved ordering and exploring more options if I didn't feel like I was a bother seeking understanding.
I go to the highschool across the street from here and ever since freshman year I've gone here practically every week (I'm in junior year now). In freshman year they had a lot less then they have now but it was still my favorite restaurant. Now it's even better with more food and calming environment. The people who work here are the nicest people I've ever met. There is not one thing they could be doing better, I love sitting in the lounge with my friends playing Uno while I eat a sushi burrito and taro milk tea. DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET ADDICTED.
Ordered the sweet potato zang zang bubbles at the bottom:) made with almond milk seriously my favorite drink ive had both versions of it purple (zaro) and yellow orange color which was today pic featured below when i ordered it earlier so darn good 🔥♥️ the food was okay but i mainly go for my bubble tea obsessions
If you have questions on the food a quick google search will set you up. I love this chain of sushi and milk tea restaurants. They provide fast and quality service to get your sushi to you quick!
My son and I sat inside looking over the menu and at one point decided we were not going to order. After talking it over we said we would like to try something and if we did not like it at least we tried something new. Upon getting home and eating my rice bowl with brown rice, lettuce , cucumbers, corn broccoli, salmon, shrimp and my son had a sushi wrap stuffed with brown rice and shrimp. We both had an orange smoothie delicious! We are already planning our next visit.
The Irondequoit location is my absolute favorite! The staff knows my family by name, and they are always just so friendly! The food is impeccable and we take the hour drive as much as possible!
It is one of my favorite places to go since they have bubble tea and their bowls are huge, plentiful and healthier than most fast food places.
I love coming here to get something to drink or to eat as a treat for myself and at times I get a free doughnut and it just brightens my day.
The best Taichi in Rochester hands down! Service is always fast and friendly! When I pick up deliveries, everything is always ready and never a mistake! Love this Taichi Fam!
