I stopped by Krystal this morning and ordered two Krystals. A picture is worth a thousand words please look it the pics below and tell me what's wrong with these Krystal burgers 🍔. Once I discovered how disgusting the burgers were I returned them and the manager had the gall to actually say, I don't have time for this". He was working the grill and sent this order out like this. This is certainly no where close to Krystal standards. Matter of fact this is this worst food I've ever been served in all my life. Meat dried out like leather no even steamed. Disgusting and horrible.

Food was horrible they gave us old egg 😡😡😡and you can literally see how old the eggs were around the brim of the egg it was like they chopped them up🤬🤬🤬 so we beg back to the window I gave them back to place told them that we needed 😫😫fresh eggs but then when they gave us back the plate you can tell all they did was added water to the eggs😠

I am not sure if this is a location issue. The food was great but I downloaded the app and used the new app discount. Receipt showed the total with the 25% discount HOWEVER my cc was charged the TOTAL amount before the discount! Unfortunately I did not save my receipt

No real complaints. Could have been a little more up going. His attitude wasn't bad, it just wasn't happy to serve you either. Food was hot and tasteful.

Desperately under-staffed. But, still friendly service.
We had a big order, which took 45 minutes to prepare. Food was a expected.

They literally make their own hours. They are supposed to close at 12 and on any random night they may close at 9, 10, 10:30. If your hrs of operation have changed update your site and the hrs on your door.

Food was good but they have me the wrong order. There was a mix up at the window and the manager did not seem to happy... it wasn't my fault. I still walked away with the wrong order but chose not to go back.

It's okay...new fries are terrible! The old fries they did serve were awesome! Wish they would bring them back and I would go back.
