Google has the closing time wrong on Sunday. They close at 9 on Sunday. Take note of this, because there is not much else to eat in this area on a Sunday night besides McDungus drive thru. Was waiting in line at 8:45 and online orders were still coming in. The only employee was trying to close up, but still had to fill the online orders. Not sure why Google has the time wrong for Sunday, but it was severely affecting service. I was staying in town and earlier was planning on eating when we got there so we didn't stop anywhere else prior since Google said they were open til 10. Kudos to the dude working late to get our order done with all the chaos on 7/23/23. He needs a raise

Placed a order on the app today and my order went through 5 times (this was not the stores fault l, it was the apps) and so I received a call with the number I left on the app from Brandon over at this location and he kindly explained to me what happened and informed me to check my account to make sure I was charged more then once. Let me know that if it was charged more then once he would refund the other transactions when I arrived to pick up my order. Thankfully I wasn’t charged more then once but he kindly apologized for the mistake and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience still when using the app. Definitely great customer service!

I order lunch online here quite a bit and have nothing but great things to say about the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. However, there is a little inconsistency, ie., I ordered a protein bowl with parmesan vinaigrette and instead got a ton of parmesan cheese on my salad. Maybe a new hire or confusion with the POS system? I know you guys are struggling with staffing and generally everything is great, but this is the second time in a week that something was off.
Sorry to complain, this is actually one of the better locations I've been in.

Was in the store tonight, 2 people working. There was a line and I could see they had a bunch of online orders as well. They were busy. My time to pay came up. My bill was like $17.40. I had $16 or a $100 dollar bill. I was told they couldn't accept the $100 bill. I was confused but said I would run to my truck and grab the change. The gentleman behind the counter told me not to worry about it and pulled the money out of his own pocket!!! I'm thinking about it now and I wanna repay him. I think it's great to see commitment like that. I'd like to see him get a raise. Or I will come hire him out from under you.

The poor kids running the place were in a little over their heads! They had been slammed all day and somehow had run out of a number of basic ingredients. They were cool about it though and got my order ready almost as quick as ever at a Subway. Won't hesitate to come back.
