Mcdonald's

Service was pretty quick and the staff was friendly. Food has just gone so so so far downhill I rarely even think of stopping at mcd’s anymore. A double cheeseburger here is about 1/4 the size of one from Dairy Queen. And DQ tastes sooooo much better! There are just so many other places to go that are better and cost less, I’m always surprised at the lines at mcd’s. People really should try branching out. I mean, even Burger King has better food and better prices, their only downfall is their fries are basically gross. Anyway, if I ever decide to stop at a mcd’s again and I’m near this one, I will go. But I’m not gonna like it.

Why is there a $1,$2,$3 menu when there is nothing on the menu that are those prices? Seems misleading and stupid. The ding room was very chilly this morning. The staff was plentiful and friendly. My sausage and egg combo meal was $7.41. Not sure if that is a good or bad price. The food was fresh and tasted better than lately. Just wish that McDonald's would be consistent

Today I had the privilege of an extended conversation with the GM, Kentrice. I stopped here because of it being a Killian franchise restaurant that I'm familiar with in many parts of Eastern and northeastern wisconsin. My experience is generally have been very positive and when they haven't I know that Killian cares about their customers. My comments here relate to the interaction I had with the manager which maybe a typical but still reflective of the type of people that work at this location. My meal wasn't fancy just a large diet Coke and the free packer game large fry but nonetheless I was able to talk with the manager in the lobby for 10 plus minutes of extended time. I appreciated the attention, although I did not need it, and left feeling extremely valued as a customer and as a person. The topics we talked about we're varied. I left the store feeling energized and hopeful of the type of people that exist, and in this case exist behind a particular McDonald's uniform. We are more than the clothes we wear or a job we might have. This manager, named k e n t r i c e was polite and a good conversationalist but also an effective listener. She was sensitive to the content and the feelings of what I shared and also shared about herself. I was so impressed that I decided to write this message to let others know that I'm confident that if you ever had an issue at this store, that this particular manager would work to help you obviously within reason and that being respectful in sharing your frustrations would get positive results to the best of this manager's ability. I will definitely come back to this store even if it's out of my way just to get a bite to eat and say hello to this manager again. My guess is that she's the type of manager that the employees like working for and I wish there were more people like her in my professional life with her style of interaction and special interpersonal skills

I went and bought some breakfast and a mocha frappe with a shot of expresso. I got the drink and it tasted like watered down expresso, like the calibration was off. I called to see if I could exchange it for a new one. They did it with no problem! Super satisfied with the workers and the customer service I received. Thank you!

We were double charged a couple months ago & the district manager was there. He refused to give us a refund & said he could only write us down for a fee value meal (which is less that the price we were overcharged). We had forgotten about the free meal & went back today to see if we could get it. Carissa was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful and made things right. She even apologized more than once that we had a bad experience a couple months ago (the district manager didn’t say sorry once when they messed up). I’m giving a 5 star today because of the wonderful service we received from Carissa.
