We came here from out of town. We found the restaurant online when we got there it look like a little hole in the wall but the best Mexican food I had in a long time.

Was in town & craving fried tilapia!! This spot definitely hit the spot for both if us!!! Very delicious food 😋 The girls were very polite & kind . definitely coming back again.

So we're spending a few days in Indio. We've never been here before and didn't know what to expect, especially didn't know what to expect for food. The first place we tried was Huerta's. It has good reviews so we gave it a shot. Didn't look like much from the outside but you can't judge a book by the cover as the saying goes. I ordered the carnitas plate and my wife got the shrimp enchiladas. My meal was good. The carnitas were cooked to perfection. Not too salty and not over cooked. I would rank it right up there with 5 puntos in East Los. My wife's dish was very flavorful. I would say it was better than my dish. If you live in Indio or are visiting, try this place. You won't regret it. Say hi to the hostess, Monika. She's great 👍
