I was there March 29th @ approximately 5:00 and the gentleman who was taking orders and money at the window was a very nice change in the attitude that usually is given. Kudos, taco bell you need to hold in to him and give him more money. By nice customer service for a change.

This Taco Bell used to be ok, but they now close at 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on the weekends! No one wants to eat Taco Bell before dark. Kinda wonder if they’re intentionally trying to make it close. Just bizarre.

I came to this location and was greeted nicely and had a great experience while placing my order, but had issues when at the actual window of the drive-thru.
I handed the cashier both cash and my credit card for my transaction and he did not provide me a receipt for it until asked. When looking at the receipt, I noticed that he miscounted my cash and charged my credit card more than I should have been charged.
I understand mistakes happen, so I sat for a couple minutes until someone noticed me needing assistance and then the cashier came back over and testified “You didn’t give me that much, you’re wrong” and basically called me a liar.
A manager finally came over and helped with the situation and apologized. I offered for the manager to recount the drawer to prove that I was not lying, but he believed me and gave me a refund of the amount that was taken out of my card.
I understand that there are flukes in service and especially if people are in training, but I am extremely upset with how two of your employees handled the situation by either ignoring me or calling me a liar. I thank the manager for helping diffuse the situation and correcting it, but it should have never happened.
I won’t be returning and am displeased with the mindset of service that was displayed.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No one ever took the order in front of me. The employees were hiding. Just horrible. Put a sign out saying closed.

Not only did the bigger girl in a hair net give such a rude attitude but they refused to serve door dash orders then lied to door dash and the customers on the phone. These kids were standing around and visibly handling food while they kept a whole line in the drive through waiting for food. No acknowledgement and no customer service skills whatsoever. When we asked or others tried to ask for orders they got rude and acted as if their actions were our fault. Great establishment right here. The girl is lucky she stayed behind a window to talk her mess and threaten me. Management get your kids in check before they talk wrong to the wrong one. Is as customers do not have to tolerate your kids running their mouths.

This taco bell is the worst. They screwed up my whole order. Then a guy that worked there was going through drive thru and told them to fix it and they messed it up again and the female manager that was there didn't even let me exain what all was wrong and slammed the window in my face more than an once. She was rude and inconsiderate and doesn't need her job obviously. I've never been treated like this anywhere and I've been a manager at numerous places in the fast food industry and she would e been fired if I were her upper.... RIDICULOUS

::::: update:::: This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!! I gave this place another chance because the kids wanted it and it's the closest one. I don't see how the order screen was correct, but when I paid for my food the order was completely wrong yet again!!! How does someone hear and type 2 "regular" Pepsi's and doesn't make them but instead gives me 2 regular tacos???? I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and made sure to tell them no tomatoes and after taking a few bites of my chicken chalupa I'm just glad I had some benadryl close and handy because the tomatoes were hidden under the lettuce and sour cream. If taco bell doesn't want a serious lawsuit filed against them they will shut this place down!!! I thought maybe after they hired new people things would start to slowly get better, but it hasn't I seriously don't see how someone can read a screen for orders and still get it wrong and not think to double check the bag before they hand it out of the window 🤦🏾♂️
