Visited on Christmas Eve with a decent amount of customers. They were extremely short handed 1 cook & 1 cashier but that didn't stop the friendly service & a fairly quick correct order. To me that's a plus seeing as though many fast food places are rude AND get your order wrong nowadays.
There doors are mostly locked and they close when ever they feel like it. My Fry's were so hard I could have swore they were left in a car for a week and my sandwich meat tasted really old. Don't get me wrong they do have good days it's a hit or miss with them.
Stopped by today. It's fast food not going to say it's the best thing in the area. It was cooked correctly and to order. Cashier was a middle aged woman. She could tell my day wasn't the greatest so far. I'm not a talker by any means but for the few minutes while waiting on my order she made it a personal effort to make sure though having a bad day for these few moments being unhappy through my experience with Arby's wasn't an option. In 5 minutes my aspect of my day changed for the good which is why I'm spending the few moments on positive feedback.
I've been coming to this store for over a year and the morning crew is always short staffed but always put to complete the order great morning crew I stop on my days off as well only cause of the service they give I can't say the same thing about night shift they close early and are not supposed to morning shift needs to get a raise because they go above and thats not given anymore great place before 3 when they do shift change service changes they are very slow and very unprofessional the only one that was trying to do stuff is the manager and she apparently can't manage but is a hard worker im sure if she had a better team that she wouldn't have been the only one working this is a repeat problem here except with the morning crew and when I first made this review it got a little better but it's worse than before to the point where I will not step back in on night crew very disappointed in the way they carried there self people
Located in Pilot. Good breakfast, great service. 08-02-22 they seem to have a hard time opening on the mornings. Today they can't get their till to get started. Sunday I wanted to try the fish. We're out of fish. Got nuggets instead, wanted fries. They were out of fries. They are frustrated they can't open yet today. The do update ypu though.

Arby's yes ,I do love Arbys but that doesn't mean that I can praise them totally. Speaking of the one that is in the truckstop on the Southside is the slowest. Arby you may have the meats if you all could pick up the pace a little we may be able to order and get back to work on time .
The kid they have on the register needs to work on his listening skills. He messed up my order and two others just while my husband and myself was there.
Issac and chi deserve a raise. They went above and beyond when I came in yesterday.
Lots of turnover. I'd like to see some consistency with not only the staff, bit also the work ethic.
Additionally, staff members should be mandated to wear gloves whenever handling hot food. This infraction is the main reason I never order their food. You can't move from Cashier, handling all manner of items from Weigh Tickets, to Cash and Coins, to packs of cigarettes and then move right into serving food. Please fix this.
Staff was super friendly, smiled, addressed customers by name, food made fresh and fast. Not what I've come to expect from fast food in truck stops. I dont typically do reviews but I feel the staff here really deserve some recognition.
