I ordered my food online. The site says a 30 minute wait, and that's fine. But then a whole hour goes by and there's still no update. Eventually, it updated and I went to pick it up.

I always end up showing up on Jessica's shift and no other store can compare. Food is always hot, customer service is always on point. Crew is well trained and are always smiling. Store is always clean. Depending on who makes it that day the sweet tea is always great.
This burger king is always good, food seems to always be freshly made. I only give it less than 5 stars because it can be out of the way to get to depending on the direction you are traveling on SR67. Also, the drive through can be pretty slow later at night. But stellar service aside from that!
I have never had an incorrect or bad order from this location. Service is generally very quick. There have been dirty tables a few times, when they were not busy at all. However, I am still giving them a 5-star rating because I have never been charged for extra sauces.

The Manager Stephanie is always so kind, she usually works evening/nights..but she also works mornings, store is always clean, like that they always 99% of the time get my order right, This manager needs a raise,! The crew too, Thanks to the whole team! Great Food, our way! .😊
