Normally there is nothing to brag about, but this time, my pizza was beyond amazing. I haven't had a pizza this delicious from anywhere! Thanks to the cook that made this masterpiece!
Ordered a large order for my work. There was only 1 employee working and she handled my large order and all the other orders coming through all by herself. She was amazing.

Stop over paying for cold food. The secret to getting the best deal and your order arriving on time is order directly from the restaurant on the website. When you order through door dash your food will probably arrive cold. This is because door dash drivers take up to 3 peoples orders out for delivery at once. If your the last stop then your order is going going be cold. I have tried it both ways, door dash took over an hour to get here and my food was cold. Ordered directly from the website and my pizza was oven hot and here in under 30 minutes. Not to mention prices are higher on door dash for the same food. Do yourself a favor, and order from the papa johns website. The delivery drivers only take one order out at a time( I asked) so your food come directly to you. Last time I picked up my order everyone had on gloves and they seemed to be fully staffed. My pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend. Parking lot had a lot of pot holes but isn't their fault. Location is great, right next to kroger so I was able to grab some things really quick while I waited for my pizza.
Love this Papa Johns. I used to go to the Plainfield location and they were always rude and snarky. The people here are usually nicer, and the food is great most of the time. There have been a few issues, but most of the time they're easily resolved. I would recommend this location. They're usually pretty fast too if you have a normal sized order.

Good pizza. Wasn't happy they couldn't honor there $6 pizzas because they said we're out of medium boxes? Well good management would sell u the next size up for the same price. Still good food of course was good. But please honor your deals.
I order from this location quite often and have always received great service. However last night was different. I ordered delivery at 4:45pm.
Was told 40 minutes. At 5:45 I called and spoke with Brandon. He told me there had been a mix up and it was marked for pickup, but he would give the pizza at no charge and would have it out immediately. At 6:30pm I called again and it said it was out for delivery. Finally at 6:40, my pizza arrives. It was cold, one of the pizzas did not have the stuff crust that I ordered. The driver went to the wrong address and I had to go find him at the home across the street from me. Yes I realize my food was free and Brandon did a great job taking care of me, but 2 hours to get cold food isn't ok

Thanks to Chelsea for saving money on my order. I hate that calling center they never give or tell me deals. I don’t like to use the website to other I like to talk to someone to order my pizza. Chelsea was very nice and helpful thanks to her I was able to save $9 dollars today on my order that’s $9 I can put towards my lunch this week 😋.
So we order from this location ALL of the time but was OVER by Southport Rd and thought we'd get the same experience, NOT. This west washington location is the VERY BEST and you get what you ordered and it tastes incredible. We order pick up but I still tip them. This location is on point and you never have to check your order. Keep up the good work ALL
