I don't know why my experience here is so different from many of the other reviewers. Visiting from out of town and have eaten here 3 times so far and it's been great. The food tasted great. Mexican omelet twice and a giant chefs salad once. Portion sizes were great and the omelet was unique and very tasty.
I will admit that the service is a bit strange. Staff always seems surprised to see you when you walk in the door. They seem to have trouble with the computer system, and if you pay on cash there is apparently only one person in the restaurant that is allowed to handle it.
Prices are about average and the food is good. Service needs work, but it wasn't too big a deal for me.

We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Service was very good. Although the bacon was a little soggy, breakfast was great overall. The pancakes were fluffy and syrup was served warm. We will definitely return.

It is clean and the food is more than what you pay for. I don't know what more you can ask next to a Comfort Inn. I had one of their skillets and it was warm, flavorful, and filling. The staff was very nice. It was honestly quite empty when I went there, which I think is a shame. If you are staying in the Hotels nearby, this is a quality place to get breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

was my first time in. Opened fairly recently. Was seated right away and orders were put in quickly (I think only 4 tables had people?) Clean- lots of food items to choose from. I had crepes they were very good. Brother had omelet with sides, also good. It took longer to get our food because they had to "make the cherries for my crepe??". Don't understand but ok. Server friendly and bill was rang up correctly.

Delicious! Had a great experience here.. Chef made the Shrimp Chipotle Alfredo pasta fresh, wasn't a long wait, and the blend of flavors and portions of meat and vegetables was really impressive! I tasted everything in every bite and everything was cooked to perfection! I also added steak so it was really a site to see and tasted even better than expected. I loved it and can't wait to go back for more.

These WERE the Most Delicious pancakes! When I saw the name I wanted to see if they were up for the challenge. They were! We brought 3 skeptical kids, they can't wait to go back! The only criticism was, they only had 1 waitress on a Sunday morning. She was very friendly and nice, but seemed to be a little frazzled. Had to wait for coffee to be made at each refill. I would think there should always be coffee made. Not the waitresses fault.

Amazing food and service! We became regulars after tying out for the first time. Food was warm and very delicious and our waitress was very attentive and nice! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants so far!

The food was most delicious. I had the Incredible Skillet with Pancakes. Skillet was seasoned just right and the pancakes were some of the best I have had in a while.

Delicious. Everything was fantastic. The gentleman that sat us, served us (both waitresses called out sick) and cooked our food was incredibly nice. We're only here in Indianapolis for the weekend but are already planning to go back for breakfast before we head back to Atlanta.

The most delicious pancake house on US 31 is great.Food quantity, quality and taste perfect. For only $8.99 I got 2 biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 slices bacon, and hash browns. Everything was cooked perfect. We live in Franklin but will drive up here often.

1st time coming I had a male server and he was the bomb!! The manager came around asked if we were okay. The 31 south combo was huge. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. Pancakes were so good they just melted in my mouth!!
