Under extremely difficult circumstances Aaron provided the absolute best service I could've asked for. He was working by himself with a broken drink machine and did a great job. He was apologetic and made every attempt to fix the situation. Under those circumstances I probably would've walked out myself but Aaron was sticking around and serving customers. He showed a massive amount of integrity and I appreciate his efforts to provide service!

Didn't get our order right the first time, but they apologized and corrected it, and the food itself was really good for fast food. Overall good just check your bag before you pull away that's all.

Quincy is a good guy,takes care of my orders exactly how I order them everytime.
My orders take a little longer because Quincy makes my chili dogs soon as I order them.

I've always have not had a bad customer service experience. But I do hava issue with the ground not being salted in front of the store and the intercoms be loud at times. Other than that, everything else is fine.
Oh, if anyone wants to order or on their way to ordering (by Card). Jus touch "Pick Up" and then order whatever you want. Then touch Checkout. So convenient since I work a few feet from the place.

The people that take your order are usually Females and call you honey and sweetie. They will ask you how you are and if ,like me you go there about once a week and miss a week they ask were you been .haha. The service is always fast,but if you want the big order of wings you'll have to wait about 8 minutes. They are worth the wait,mosdef better than bw3.

Great experience visiting Rally's! Service was quick and staff was polite :) Cashier was patient while I asked menu based questions. All smiles throughout my order process, 10/10 would dine here again! Big props to Jacqueline for wonderful service!

Dishonest practice On Wednesday 9/18 I received an email from Rally's announcing 69 cent cheeseburgers today only. Well someone forgot to tell the west 10th street location because when I pulled into the drive thru I was told---oh, they changed that, they are $1.00. I am not surprised tho, with this location Management is so bad I am not surprised at anything that happens other than good service. That would be a surprise! Fire the whole crew, get a new manager that knows what they are doing, and start all over. What you have now is NOT WORKING!

Went to this location yesterday was told that I was only charged once checked the credit card I was charged twice. Then they tried to keep the money. Thank god for credit apps that shows all transactions. In need of a dress code. When it comes to the general public, wear what you want to wear. But, I'm sorry...don't let me see the person making my food wearing his pants around his thighs. I wish I was exaggerating, and they guy was in plain view of the window at the fry station. (having worked at Rally's as a teenager I am familiar with the interior layout) Let him dress like a thug when he's not working...part of growing up is knowing that you have to assimilate when you're on someone else's time. Shame on Rally's for allowing this. 10th and girl school road in Indianapolis.
