All was fine as expected. However, I will never give Stake & Shake a 5 star rating as long as we have to use a kiosk to place my order. There are many other choices that provide personal service.

Really good burgers, I love the shoe string fries. I added cheese and it was great. Also try the chili. Tastes like it comes out of a can but I had a good taste.

It’s been like 7 years since i last ate at a Steak & Shake. I went in around 6pm and ate in. The lady helped me out on the new ordering system and all of our food was fresh and correct. And the area looks better now.

Burgers and fries are very good and priced well, delicious milk shakes!! kind of disappointed that they are cashless with no cashiers. The floors were very sticky, 🤮

Went through the drive thru and the lady working was absolutely great to deal with. She was very friendly and carried on a short conversation and still got my shake made and got me out of the line quicker than I've ever had before at any steak n shake and they seemed to have quite a few less workers than normal also so I was very impressed. Way to Go! Thank you!

The lady in the drive thru was so nice, didn’t seem in a rush. Our sauces were forgotten but we ran inside to get them and they were super apologetic, even gave us an extra!! It’s refreshing to get nice service around this area!!

My Basketball team & I came in for Breakfast expecting a long wait. Ms Amanda and Ms Bubbles took great care of us. They got 12 people in & out in no time. They were patient, kind and get cooks. Ms Amanda was moving on that grill, Seasoning and cooking the meat. While Ms Bubbles was wrapping those sandwiches and dropping fries quickly and neatly. I just wanted to thank those ladies and this location for great speedy service. 🙏🏽

I lived in the Midwest for a few years during my childhood and Steak 'n Shake was a staple of our time there. I recently visited Indiana for the first time in 20 years and had to stop by here. The food was exactly as I remembered it as a kid. Sirloin cheeseburger and mint cookies and cream shake. Best part of my trip. Customer service was great and speedy.
