This place needs employees that are willing to work. They close the dining room way before 8 pm and then you will be lucky to get food after that. I was told by an employee they would not serve anyone for 10 to 20 at around 830 pm

I had a good rate of a Uber eats order that popped up at this KFC this lady was rude as I was telling her she didn't of course didn't want to make the order and tells me a lie saying it didn't ping there. And continues to have a attitude when I ask her questions.

#1.) Ghetto. As I arrived at the drive thru the first & ONLY thing that came out the lady's mouth was, "KFC". No "hello may I take your order"..nothing..I told her I'm still deciding .
#2.) The second lady at the window made up for the 1st rude lady. She was respectful and had good customer service.
#3.) On the promotion for the chicken sandwhich it says, "made FRESH to order"....😑😑😑...my chicken sandwhich wasnt fresh and if it was made FRESH...
Then how was it able to make it through the window in less than 2 min.??..the sandwhich was sitting out already. I appreciate the speedy transaction but the rude customer service and just careless attitude needs to be checked..along with actually making fresh food.

I was here on 3/22/18. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was ok. They can do a much better job with the housekeeping!!!!!!!

There nasty my chicken was Molded there manger keondre sneezed right on my fries in front of my face . No mask , doesn’t change gloves . There bathroom is very nast I don’t recommend to go there at all 🤮

My own fault for hoping service would change, I am always charged for 2 biscuits but never receive them! The last time I got a Box meal I got a chicken sandwich and fries, they spilled my drink and I didn’t get a box or any sides because they forgot to tell me they didn’t have a Box or sides for a Box meal! So I paid almost $10 for a sandwich and fries they shoved in a bag. I would highly recommend checking your order before you leave or choosing another location!

This is not just KFC, it is TACO Bell also. The Associates at this Location is very rude. They post to have no integrity for the Business..or Customer. West 56th Stret branch.
