Subway

The food was not good most of the containers was empty or almost empty I should have just turned around and left. Ok let me just say that I know the owner and he is not all a bad guy. He has always been a very good owner this was apparently a bad night . All of my other experiences have been nothing but excellent. So I will be going back.

I ordered online to pick up. Order said ready in 15 minutes. My order was NOT even started when I got there 15 minutes later. I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and yet I am leaving a 5 star review. There were at least 8 customers in front of me. There was only 1 person working. Her name was Vanessa. You could tell she was frustrated that her coworker didnt show up for work, but she didnt want to show it. She tried to keep a smile on her face. She was doing a wonderful job! She kept running out of food and had to run to the back to restock. She was out of some breads and was trying her best to accomodate properly. Her work ethic really showed! She was polite and was doing her best! If you cant give her a raise, at least give her some recognition! She deserves it! I'd like to thank her for being so dedicated to serving her customers! Thank you, Vanessa! Keep that smile on your face!
