Friday midnight crew is well mannered and polite ngl they gave my order to someone else but offered to cook another one right away and were apologetic I didn’t mine eating it after someone else touched the bag. Good job guys i went from pissed to happy because of how nice you were about it.

I went through the drive-through for tacos and burritos, and I was in and out very quickly. The server was friendly, and our order was correct. I typically rate companies based on help, attitude, and order correctness. I was disappointed to learn there were no taco packages available and that I had to order them individually. They used to have 10 packs, etc. I can't fault the workers for menu changes. I will return based upon my first experience.

I never remember having a problem with service at this location; last visit, the crew was helpful, and my food was presented after an infinitesimal wait.
The dishes on the Cravings Value menu are crazy cheap, given the portion sizes - especially the burritos. I suspect the $1 Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito (420 calories) isn't even unhealthy, relative to most other restaurant food anyway.

I ordered through the app for delivery and I received 2 items incorrectly. So I called and if I could get them remade another day when I'm out. Tay was super nice and told me they would remake it when I came in next. I love this store. We have never had an issue with customer service here! They are always nice and respectful when we go!

Im not sure what the young man's name was, it started wirh a Z or and X, something that is not a common name, anyways! He was great! He was helpful and very sweet. Always enjoy coming to taco bell and seeing him working to help me out. We did tell the young man he should speak up I bit more when tallking to customers, so everyone can hear his handsome voice! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FOR EVEN BETTER TASTING FOOD! 10/10

So it's Friday and busy, but the wait time because of one car was an extra 10 minutes. When we got home our food was fresh for the first time in a long time. I really enjoy Taco Bell and this location has some promise. I just hope they can start pulling people forward in the future.
