The last drive thru attendant was great. That changes from time to time. The food was good as expected.

The night time crew girls are really nice especially for a busy location. I had a horrible night and the dark haired girl working the window was extremely nice upbeat and took time to actually be nice and interact with me. It really turned around what was a bad night into a better one.

It's a family favorite. As well as my son's Mother Stephanie Crowe Has Been Working for White Castle Since She Was In Highschool The First Job she's had. And Sill Until This Day Is Still Employed through White Castle. She's Very Happy with them

Come to this location a lot. After being to a few other in Indy this is one of the best. Especially after today’s visit. The young man working drive thru was the most sweetest. I ordered us 1921 slider and it took extra time of course because they make them fresh. He apologize for the wait and said I hope the week was worth it and I tell you what it absolutely was.

Their parking lot is so tiny I wouldn't try going through the drive thru in a big truck/SUV. I mean it's doable but it's super tight. Only been inside many years ago. It was clean then looks clean from the outside. Food was on point and the service was excellent. Being in customer service and have worked fast food myself, the lady in drive thru made the very long line of cars feel like it was a konga line n danced all of us up out of there with fast n didn't skip a beat. She ask the right questions, wasn't pushy, had all the condiments n utensils/napkins in the bag n handed out to you with a smile. And it truly was genuine. Loved the vibes, food was great, and got food quickly.
Definitely will continue to there and recommend it if your in the area. 😊

One of my favorite places to go to get some chicken rings and some mozzarella cheese sticks great service friendly staff they always get my order right never had an issue but beware the entrance is a tight turn for bigger vehicles

Okay, okay, I am definitely not a fan of the hamburgers. That's a fact, but those chicken sliders now, that's another story. Don't sleep on those chicken sliders, folk! And, the breakfast sandwiches will surprise you too. 😉
