I got the squash soup. It was great! It had a wonderful taste. The only criticism I would have, is LOL it wasn't hotter than the hinges of you know where! I know they have to do that for their protection. However, I am one of those people who like my food with s t e a m rolling off of it

I drink decaffeinated coffee and they don't have a cold brew decaf, but I asked them if they could make one for me and they did it! The people that work at this location are very good at what they do. I appreciate them making something for me that they don't normally make and not having a problem with it.

I have the sip club and visit nearly every workday. The morning crew at this location is always polite and friendly, even if I am only visiting for 2 minutes to fill my beverage. They always smile, say hello, and good morning. That goes a long way! Thank you.

Really good service, delicious food and beverages, amazing seating. And I appreciate how clean they keep their restaurant and their interior design looks rlly good. I definitely enjoy eating here, it’s a nice cafe restaurant and it’s in a good location it’s next to a lot of other good places. It’s also fancy compared to other fast food restaurants.

So I was sick and felt horrible needed good soup. Cassidy was the sweetest and just the kind of person I would hire to run my business if I was a millionaire. She sure won a customer and supports what I would expect from a company like Panera Bread. Even though I couldn't eat much the trip was great and just needed to say "Thanks" because anymore there are few real good honest, ethical and quality places that I believe in. This is one of the few! EMPLOYEES make the difference!

Very friendly, professional & fast! We ordered the Full Turkey Bravo sandwich with Bravo Sauce on the side for just a little under $11 and it was amazing! The sandwich was very filling & flavorful! Great Job Guys!

Panera Bread. I always wondered why someone would choose other fast food restaurants other than Panera Bread. I say this due to the bursting flavors of the meals prepared here. Today I had the steak and cheese with the broccoli soup. Fantastic!!! With it I received kettle cooked chips and an agave lemonade. Everything was great!!! Stop in and get something far tastier than your average fast food meal for just a little bit more.

Meet several friends for coffee, and conversation. Counter help a little slow, and seem not used to multi tasking. Otherwise bakery products are good, but little attention paid to self serve coffee containers.

I took the family here on Veterans day and asked if they participated in the Veterans day pick 2 promo. They did say no, however, they did give us quite a few free pastries for my time in the military. The manager was very nice and thanked me for being a veteran and the young lady that took my payment and handled our order in drive thru was polite and bubbly. We decided that if we eat out in Avon this is one of our new regular spots due to the customer service alone. The food was excellent and so were the deserts.
