O'charley's

I was truly surprised one of the better O'Charley's I've been to. The food was pretty good and I went against one of my own long standing rules. It was one hour and a half before closing. They meet the challenge and exceeded my expectations even out waitress was cheery. The only reason they lost a star was the length of time it took for us to get our food although we didn't have a reservation and there was 22 in my party which was really surprising.

Was okay! Could use some redecorating! Not the best interior! Food was alright, affordable 4 meals, two desserts for $68.00! Appetizers was the best part,I could've been satisfied with those potato skins, cheese wedges, chicken strips, and sauces! Absolutey hated the rolls! But the server "Jaminah" was great!

I went on a Friday around 1pm with my grandmother. We were seated immediately and our server, Holly M, gave us adequate time to figure out our drinks. I chose a cotton candy fizz and it was received really quickly, and another was was prepared almost as soon as it was over. Our order was taken quickly. When my broccoli came out cold she apologized and I had a replacement within minutes. My grandmother was given fries instead of broccoli and that too was replaced quickly. Holly checked on us often and made sure we were well taken care of. At the end of the trip we were offered a slice of pie each because of the hiccups in our visit. I would definitely visit this location again because the staff is so friendly and caring.

Quick seating, The steak and prime rib were delicious. Server was such a sweetie. restaurant was clean. First time visiting, We actually walked out of the more expensive steak house across the street due to rude staff. I commend O'Charley's staff for your wonderful service. . You have gained new customers

The food was good but the wait staff was extremely slow. They didn't seem to be that busy but it took our waitress quite some time to get to our table and it seems like each process took a lengthy amount of time as well such as just getting drinks or bread. When the food got there it was hot and good so overall I'd say it was an okay experience.
