Tonight I spoke with an employee named James over the phone as there was a small issue with my door dash order I wanted to correct before it got sent out. Not only did he take the time to listen to what I was asking he personally started my order and made sure it was correct to my satisfaction. This was probably the best customer service I have had from a fast food chain in a long time. Thanks for making sure my onion sour cream and cilantro made it onto my burrito bowl! You the real MVP James!

Stopped in for lunch on a business trip. The line was not that long and service was quick. While the food was the same as expected at any other QDOBA location, the customer service was amazing. The staff was very friendly, we were greeted with smiles, and the workers enjoyed being there. Makes the visit that much more enjoyable.

I don't know what they're doing at this location but castleton, iupui, Rockville road, and east street need to follow suit. Glass was so clean I almost walked into it. Food was perfect temperature, looked like it was commercial ready. The customer service was stellar. Only thing...pull back on the lime in the rice.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. Went to get some dinner after a Colts game. Got the burrito with chicken, cilantro rice, black beans, Diablo queso, Pico, sour cream and guac. Best Qdoba I've ever had, that guac is on point. Great Food and great service. Wish I had taken a picture but was too amazing to put down. Thanks lady's you made a lasting impression. This is how you should run a business. Amazing
