Donatos Pizza

#AccordingToArmon Kudos to the manager Johnathan who was on call Saturday, March 4, 2023, when I placed my order! Due to this location not having any drivers, they are resolved to utilize Door Dash to deliver their food, unfortunately, the Door Dash Driver delivered my pizza to the wrong house and I never received it. But due to Johnathan’s outstanding customer service & professionalism, I was okay with waiting about 15 more mins for my order to be remade and pick it up from the store! I ordered 1 large, thin crust, pepperoni pizza, 1 small, thin crust supreme pizza, and 12 boneless barbecue wings. The pizzas were awesome as always, but the wings almost seemed as if they were either left under the lamps too long or the sauce was a dry rub because they were not saucy at all…nonetheless, they were still pretty tasty. Believe it or not, all of this cost me about $45-50. Great Job Johnathan! Keep up the great work as your efforts did not go unnoticed! Little things like this always make a huge difference! I would definitely order again from this location simply because of your efforts!

Their cauliflower crust works pizza is delicious!!!! I had weight loss surgery and if I want a fresh pizza, which is not very often, they're my go to since they have cauliflower crust. The pizza is always make correctly, fresh, and hot! It's always ready to pick up at the time given which is a plus!

I am burnt out on all the burger joints. I don't eat much pizza because ketchup , sauce or anything made of tomatoes somehow just doesn't agree with me well. But because I'm burnt out on the burger joints and it's not practical to go to the fancy pricey restaurants, I decided to go and order a pizza with no tomato sauce. I'm not aware of such thing having been done before. I gave up worrying they might think I was crazy, I wanted new food. This was years ago by now, and I'm glad it actually worked without question. I get the single serving with thick crust light cheese and the serious meat option. And I can still manage some of the cinnamon bread, and of course I got to have a drink with that. Fountain, that is. The next size up pizza costs as much by itself as my typical order. So I have ordered a 2nd upon occasion, and it still comes to less then the next size up with a drink and the dessert dish. I have tried this at other pizza places but Donatos remains my favorite.

As with all of my reviews, I usually go and check out the restrooms, but this was a drive up purchase. This was my first time at this particular location, and results were a 5 star! The pizza was ready, the wait was not long, the young lady at the window went above and beyond, by assisting me with a discounted coupon on my phone, since I was not able to locate mine, definitely will try again!
