My husband and I frequent this ice cream shop and have always had a pleasant experience each time! The younger workers are always so kind and patient and they also seem to have great work ethic! Sometimes the shop can get busy, but hey, it's worth the wait! We normally go in the evening but we went during the day once and the older gentleman working had great customer service and we enjoyed talking with him!

My sister and I ordered a cake the day before our Mother's birthday and we scheduled it for pick up the next day. When we arrived at the location it was 11:09 am and the store was not open. We waited for 45 minutes hoping someone would show up to open the store. We called corporate, who told us someone may get in touch in 1-2 business days! We then had to drive 20 mins away to the Carmel location and even though we called ahead, they still couldn't help us. This is horrible business especially considering we already paid. I will not be using this location again. Updated ** The franchise owner was so kind and remorseful when he arrived. He refunded us for part of the order and apologized. Apparently the opener did not have keys to open the store so he actually came in to do it. I am pleased with the way he handled the situation and I'm willing to return my negative review.
