The guy at the drive thru was very kind. It was one of the best looking experiences I've ever had at a Hardee's. I'll definitely come back to this store!

Service much faster at drive thru vs going inside. Drive thru does 3 to every 1 at checkout. Disappointed in the onion rings. You used to my have tasty beer battered ones. Now they are breaded, tasteless, and hard. Breakfast sandwiches and chicken strips best of the offering. Please go back to the good onion rings!! Also often drinks overfilled, when you punch the straw in the cover, soda floods out into cover and down sides into car drink holder, a sticky mess.

Slow moving line but may have been due to customers. Hardee's worker was taking orders and handing them out. She appeared to be the only front worker. She was polite and efficient.

The lady in the drive thru was so sweet. I wish i would of got her name. My order was correct and i will definitely go back the Hardees on 16th street is way better than the one on west 10th the drive thru lady there was rude and she attitude was stank

The atmosphere the environment and people there is really friendly cool and welcome. This downside of this Hardee's is that the food wasn't that good today. They really do have like the best water which is hard to say I mean it's Starbucks quality water and that's saying something.

I like Hardee's. I don't eat fast food often but Hardee's is one of the restaurants I do visit. Great breakfast food, love the Loaded Omelet. Excellent burritos as well. Friendly staff and quick service can be found here at this location as well.

I ordered the mushroom n swiss because I was so craving one and hadn't had one in a long time, it was delicious. The drive thru member was very polite and real nice. The reason for 4 instead of 5 is because they were out of sweet tea, I had to get water instead since I don't drink carbonated beverages.

I give this location (16th & Illinois) 5 stars because the staff were very warm, welcoming, courteous and professional. We received our order in very timely fashion. However, it is unfortunate that while dining in we had to experience seeing and hearing from our perspective, homeless people and perhaps drunks and drug addicts coming in asking random people for money. It was just a little uncomfortable for us.

Food was great and nice employees. A homeless guy had come in with little to no money and was saying he was hungry being very rude. And the manger still helped him out and told him she doesn't mind helping but he needs to be careful the way he talks to others. He apologized and received his food.
