Haven't had any issues in a long time. Everyone is always cheerful and pleasant to talk with Issue again with my double bacon cheeseburgers not having bacon. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Had the issue again with they gave us singles instead of doubles They haven't messed up my order in some time so an update Edit ordered two bacon double and they were both singles... 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Twice now I've ordered the bacon double and it hasn't had bacon on it. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger plain. It was a single. I didn't get a receipt so I'm not sure if I was charged for a single, but I got asked for a double. The cashier had a good attitude and was friendly. I think she might have been new

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very well kept and clean! When they didn't have what I wanted to order the employee was quick to offer an alternative option and explain why they didn't have what I wanted calmly and nicely. The food was out quickly and it tasted great. Overall great experience 😊

As a disabled vet with a service dog, This particular place makes us so welcome. This crew, through many changes over time always made me feel like "cheers". They know my name, and Sonnys" Thanks for a leader like Mike, I've never witnessed attitude from this "Rock Star" of a fast food standby. You make us feel a part of my community. Tanx!

This burger King has the best whopper sandwich in the city..never have I ate a hot whopper in years..the meat was hot and the sandwich was neat and delicious..I went for lunch two days in a row..same great product and service..keep up the outstanding service..Very clean establishment im very impressed

Let me start off by saying I don't ever do reviews on fast food restaurants. However I will make an exception this time. Upon walking into the restaurant I immediately noticed how clean the facility was. The two ladies behind the counter were very prompt and polite to assist us after getting our food we went to our table and sat down to eat at this time I heard the manager speaking to one of the ladies behind the counter that served our food for us. I was eavesdropping and listened in on the conversation between the two it seemed like to me that the manager was so cordial polite and courteous while he was explaining to his employee why not to put out so many condiment packages I was impressed by how polite and courteous he was to the employee so I said something to him mentioned to him that I was from North Vernon I was shocked and surprised to find out that he knew exactly where that was this manager is far too good for fast food he's got a gift and he is very cordial and intelligent with his job the service was awesome the food was good the restaurant was clean I added pictures and a video hope you enjoy if you like my review give me a thumbs up and hit that follow button
