Came here and there was the sweetest girls working the drive through!! They were so quick and so kind, and they looove when you bring your puppies! EVERY time I come through with my doggies, one of my favorite girls calls the other one over to come say hi to them, and it's such a positive experience!!

This is the only Dairy Queen that seems to know how to make a blizzard correctly. (Consistently) Every time I’ve been to this location, they’ve been perfect. The blizzard actually has enough toppings to taste and are blended fully to the bottom and not just vanilla ice cream on the bottom half.

I met a friend there because I was craving ice cream. I ordered a banana split , I haven't had a banana split in years. It was good the only thing I forgot to order nuts Togo on top , they didn't offer it either. Another thing the banana split was on the small side and it cost around $6.00.

I was very impressed with the young lady who took our order this past visit. Our daughter has a nut allergy, so we always request they use clean equipment. At many places you just get a blank stare, or they neglect to inform the food prep staff. She was on it, and made my daughter's food personally. Very happy to see this dedication and care in fast food service.

Dairy Queen at 8959 Crawfordsville Rd, Clermont, Indiana is a good restaurant. The employees are friendly and helpful. I arrived there around dinner time. Most of their customers were ordering food from the drive through. Because they were so busy with the drive through orders, they had trouble keeping up with the customer orders at the front counter inside the restaurant. The hamburger and fries were good. Unfortunately, the vanilla shake was also good but too thin.

I went to this DQ because the Brownsburg location was closed on Easter. My Peanut butter puppy chow blizzard was ready before I was finished paying and was amazing and the staff were really nice.

A great place to cool down on a hot summer day!
I ordered dine in and sat down on the patio with my dog. They have pup cups so your dog can enjoy his/hers own delicious ice cream as well! The staff is always extremely friendly. I love this dairy queen!

When I took my parents for a treat, my dad had to repeat a question 3 times before he just switched to something else after get flustered. You would have thought he had asked her an Algebra question, not if they had a specific flavor of ice cream. May just start going back to the Rockville Rd location.

I just finished a traditional/classic Orange Julius that was absolutely perfect! Right mix, right texture, right temp-- it was like going back in time. I've never had anything but great food and treats at DQ, but this was icy-orange perfection! Thank you!!! ���

I keep going back for high priced low quality service simply because its closer to my house but know more, its the same thing over and over . I order a mint blizzard for my wife with extra mint knowing they never put enough flavor in the first place, get it home and of course can barely fast mint at all but u better believe I was charged for it. I hope the franchisee gets his head out of where it is and straightens it up or goes out of business so we can get something better in the location !!!

Came through the drive thru and had the rudest person take my order, cut me off before I was finished talking to tell me my total & wasn't even done ordering! If you hate your job, find a new one!!!!! I will never go back. & I'll make sure I tell everyone to avoid this location. I'm not a mean or rude person when it comes to fast food because I've been there and done it. Sometimes its hard & isn't your fault. But that young man running the drive thru that day pissed me off!!!!! Won't be spending my money there.

Just a bunch of kids working there with no customer service skills. When you walk in, they stare at you from behind the register. No greeting, know how may I help you? Nothing. I am going into your establishment to spend money, and you can't even be courteous to me?

My husband and I went through the drive through tonight - specifically said no lettuce on sandwich - had to repeat what we wanted two more times and still received a sandwich with lettuce on it. So my husband took it inside - mgr said he watched it being made correctly the second time. We drive off as we were now late to pick up our grandkids. The sandwich had no lettuce - but it ALSO did not have the onion that I requested!!! I called the mgr and he would only replace it if I brought my sandwich back the next day. He said not getting a little piece of onion did not warrant a new sandwich. How is that for customer service? I'm not going to carry around a sandwich all night in my car - smelling the car up. I simply wanted to get a new sandwich tomorrow. Dave, the Manager, said no! Again - how is that for customer service. You lose a local customer over a sandwich. I will be writing corporate Dairy Queen as I am sure this is not the customer service standard they expect from their franchises.
