Expected food quality and service from Panera. Main complaint is the amount of stuff they are out of later in the day which I expect somewhat from a bakery but it tends to be more than I think it should be.

I love the chi tea. However different sites make it different. This particular store does not know how to make it. The should take lessons from the one in Avon. Also how to talk to customers.

Staff was fantastic and food service was excellent. The restaurant had an individual working the floor keeping tables cleaned and was well prepared for a major youth soccer tournament. The only issue was the self service station was not working.

This is my favorite Panera around the Indianapolis and extended area. They do things right and the food is always good. Great drink options. The staff is usually very nice and fun. Try out there unlimited sip club if you buy a lot of sodas or coffees.

The service was great my first time to visit...order a steak and white cheddar minus the cheddar for american cheese , caesar salad with chicken and drink with chips

Cat was the drive thru associate and although she seemed as if she was irritated and had an extremely long day, she was cool! My lady & I ordered a full chipotle chicken avocado melt with a Tomato, Basil & Cucumber Salad and it was mmmm, mmmm, good!

As a truck driver, we order ahead in the app and our expected pickup time. The food is always there and hot. They never disappoint! We stop every time we're in the area.

Received THE MOST compassionate service from the kitchen staff today. Stopped in to buy some chicken soup for my 80 year old sick mother. When the employee learned of my reasons for getting this chicken soup, he gave me extra for my sick mother. His demonstrated care and compassion really made my day. I so grateful that there are still kind and caring people out there. Thank you Panera for this incredible employee!!!!

This Panera location is the BEST, ESPECIALLY the GM Six. There was an issue with my online order that was NOT due to their error & not only did they replace it, but upgraded it. I'm SO happy now!!! Thank you, Six, & all the wonderful employees @ Trader's Point Panera!!

Panera is one of my favorite places for a quick meal. I was doing Father /daughter day with my youngest. She isn't a fan of the offerings at the restaurant, or so she thought. The half sandwich, half salad option was great for both of us! My 11 year old said that she really enjoyed the Ceasar salad. And, even pointed out that there was the right amount of dressing on the greens. My Veggie sandwich was a tad bit small, but very tasty. And the Fuji apple salad, minus chicken is my favorite. We will most definitely visit again, soon.
