So the food is pretty standard, but what makes this one of my favorite McDonald's to go to on the South Side is the fact the employees are great! There's always a really nice woman at the drive-thru window that asks how my day is going, and when I go to pick up my food there's a sweet man who always calls me "buddy." The employees in the drive-thru always brighten my day, which keeps me coming back to this location instead of the many others in my area!

I went there this morning. I go to pay cash. Because my $10 bill had a tear in it the dude was like I can't take this. I said why? He said because of the tear. I said its $$ put tape on it. He got mad hand me my chance back aggressive & dropped my coins on the ground & just looked @ me. I go to the next window & ask to speak with the mgr. She was not friendly either.

My experience was amazing at this mcdonald’s. The workers were so understanding when my card would not go through. Especially Gloria because her customer service was amazing, she had the best personality and was so sweet! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I came in today to place a large order for 35 people. The customer service was excellent and the order was perfect! We appreciated the ease of ordering, prompt preparation of the food, and the care they took in getting our order correct!

I'm here now with my 4 kids. It is nice and clean. Modern decoration. But more than that, the staff is amazing. Two of them have been out to talk with customers who are sitting alone. I was greeted with smiles and jokes. So glad we decided to come in.
