LOVE this Chick Fil A. They have an employee that I usually see in the drive thru, she is OUTSTANDING. 10/25, 10:30 she was here today!! 4 separate occasions (not even sure she remembers me) she is SO beyond nice, wish I could catch her name to give her a shoutout! Never have had any issues at this location, so sad they’ll be closing for remodel but so excited for their reopen! Keep it up CFA!!

Amazing service!!! The staff is outside getting orders and before I even got to the window my order was brought to me. Usually with a long line there is a long wait but not at this location. Worth way more than 5 stars!

I've only been here twice, but it has been delicious and efficient every time. That had me at wheat bun. 5 star for fast food atmosphere...no one else has employees outside under a tent; continuous process improvement!

My experience is always nice but the new pimento honey chicken sandwich is a epic mess. You can't really taste the pimento cheese. It's messy with the melted pimento cheese( on a hot chicken breast) and honey. I had the sticky juice dropping all down my arm and chin. You will need extra napkins. The price is outrageous for one sandwich that wasn't good.

Drive through was extremely busy, but very efficient. My first time eating a sandwich - spicy chicken deluxe. Great flavor, fresh and great value. Strongly recommend!

Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The Mac and cheese is better than any other fastfood establishment (Even KFC and I love Mr. Sanders). The peanut oil they get with makes everything 3X as good.

The drive-thru window has terrible customer service. What happened to friendliness and the traditional "it's my pleasure!"? These kids just mumble and don't even make eye contact. Happens each time I visit this location. I will stick to my favorite locations that appreciate my business and have managers that train their employees how to treat their customers!

This location has issues, driving up to the one on 86th street is well worth the drive. Chick-fil-a has great food, glad there is another location close enough to home so I can still enjoy their food.

It's Chick-fil-A, which is to say that it's pretty much in the top tier of fast food, with exceptionally friendly service. The only downsides are it's super crowded at peak hours and getting into and out of the parking lot can sometimes be a bear.

Tonight I came in with a little one and every single employee was so kind and polite - it was awesome! And a great change of pace from typical customer service at fast food locations. Tuesday night might just have to include Chick-fil-a for forever more. Balloon hats, decorating cookies, a play place, pictures with Santa Cow, and a free kids meal with an adult meal. Great way to let the kids blow off some energy! I am so happy they opened in our neighborhood. And all the staff are extremely respectful and nice!

The manager Michael there is absolutely amazing he let us do a spirit day on a holiday and is allowing us to do another one this is probably the best customer service Chick-fil-A location ever by far, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A for any thing at all especially food and spirit day there's amazing people that work there and you can tell that they enjoy their job
