The atmosphere is beautiful! Decor, customer service, music... impressive! Everything was so cozy. Food was delicious, perfect portion sizes. All over awesome experience! I love quaint locally owned establishments. This is my new favorite breakfast place :)

My wife and I had our first visit and we we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a a very friendly person and seated promptly. Our server George was very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was absolutely Delicious!!!!!! We will go back soon!

My daughter and I had seen it, she shares the same name, and wanted to try it. So we did and it was great! Our server was and is super nice and the owner and wife are amazing!! We will and I will be going back. BTW..The French Toast was made pefectly!

The atmosphere and service was excellent! The fish and chips -- just a bit of a letdown though. Usually I would expect thick pieces of cod or haddock when ordering this dish, but it was just tilapia which is a little flat and tastless. Small portion as well, but I would definately come back to this place.

First of let me start by saying that my wife is the pickiest eater I've ever known in my 48 years. She hates it when her scrambled eggs are not scrambled or overloaded with cheese or hash browns without a trace of browning. With that said. The meal from Eva's was exceptional! Eggs perfectly scrambled. Hash browns browned to perfection! And get this: they actually read the special request and followed them to the T!! Eva's just became my go to breakfast spot. For every 30 restaurants we eat at, my wife may want to possibly try one of them a second time. So, this is saying a lot!

I just found a new go-to breakfast place that is within walking distance of my place. Clean, friendly, prompt and good quality food. What else could you ask for. I'm a foodie that pretty much demands these qualities or there isn't a chance that I'll return. I'll be going back to Eva's. Thank you!

Great breakfast spot because the food is definitely made from scratch. The place is clean and cute and the service is great. Eva's Pancake house is a secret little gem with really reasonable prices and since they are new the wait is non-existent but not for long
