We just ate here at the Whitecastle! What a great first experience! We have frozen Whitecastle in SLC, UT, but that option is nowhere close to the real deal. The employees at this location are FANTASTIC! They made our first time eating at WC. They made all the right suggestions. Britney, Sharyn & Kenan even gave us a little sample so we knew what to expect! We were sold as soon as they gave us the sample! Wheeewwee! Sooooo good!!!!! This location really knows how to welcome some rookies from Utah! The restaurant was clean, drink area & tables clean and free of clutter. Employees quick and attentive to their customers! These guys need a raise! They’re doing an exceptional job at representing Whitecastle! Mahalo’s!!! 🌺
So the staff and the food were great. It was my first time eating at White Castle and I wasn't disappointed. I didn't have to wait long either. Now, the actual restaurant itself was pretty terrible. Stains on the ceiling, ancient restrooms, and the soda machine wasn't mixing the syrup and water properly. My diet coke was 75% water. It's disappointing White Castle has let it get so bad. It doesn't look like they remodeled it 10 years ago and it's just not been maintained. It looks like it's hasn't been updated in over 20 years.
The place was clean and the food was so good!! Anytime we are near a White Castle we have to stop and get some sliders.
We always get extra to take home for later as well.
This review is from previous visit approx 1 month ago….was at food market across street n on way home considered hitting the drive thru but there was a SIGN ON THE DOOR AND NO LIGHTS ON. Monday 5:30pm. Hope they are not permanently closed!!!
Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time . They smiled and were polite and professional. It's hard to come by nowadays, and it was truly appreciated .
Observed several orders served with errors, plus mine. But customers did not seem to mind, and corrections were politely made. Food good and HOT. Will stop again. Great place to eat.
When I went it was drive through only. But I haven't had white castle since I was 10 and I'm 33 now. God damn they are so good. Nothing beats fresh the frozen kind in the supermarket are ok but man I loved it. Glad I went when I was visiting on business.
They spoke british there, very nice, It was a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend it for a romantic dinner or anniversary. Th3y had banquet facilities and catering. Wait staff was superb. The valet washed and vacuum my Mercedes. A very nice touch.
They got us our burgers fairly quickly and were able to split the onion and non onion burgers so that we could tell them apart very easily. They are open late, which is just what we needed. I can definitely recommend this place if you are in the need for some good sliders.
I always love white castle double cheeseburgers 🍔.
