A Granddaughter was having a Christmas show across the street from the DQ, so 7 of us ate there before the show. The 2 young men, Dre and a young man, whose name we didn't get, took our order and got it all together...perfectly. I know the people on the "back line" did their jobs perfectly too, but we dealt directly with the 2 young men, so they get more kudos. The food was great, and the nameless young man made my chocolate-banana shake...perfectly! The people at this DQ helped make our evening, along with our Granddaughter and her Christmas show. Thank you DQ on West 73rd Street!

I have been wanting Dairy Queen for weeks but hate the wait. Well I was surprised how much this location changed. I got my food fast, fresh and hot. They had a worker, Tiyah who was friendly and smiled the while time! The flame thrower was delicious!

Gal was super sweet and explained how they keep the peanuts away from the cones and ice cream machines. Definitely made me comfortable knowing they were keeping my little one safe.

We went through the drive-thru and we had mentioned to the staff that they handed out the wrong bag of food. They professional and efficiently corrected their mistake! Super pleasant experience!!

This location always has fresh food and never disappoints. The workers are amazing putting effort in getting fresh food out each day. I am highly satisfied with this location and I highly recommend. This is the best place to eat in this area overall.

I received excellent service from I believe she told her name was Darisha but she told me to call her Ri I had never had DQ before but she was patient and kind and funny. I went in the restaurant because I didn’t want to hold up the drive up line. I was greeted by Tracie and she was just as nice everybody working approached me and gave me suggestions about treats and burgers for me and my kids. Miyae suggested the dairy free dilly bar it was great and I think it was Jolane has a lovely customer service attitude and my burger was cooked perfectly These employees are top tier and when I’m in town again I’ll be back.

The manager was kind and although they were only open for icecream, took pity on my family since we were new to town and not prepared for everything to close so early. She gave us everything they had left for meals; pretzels with cheese, burgers and hot dogs. She even carried it out to our car. That is customer service!!

It's Dairy Queen You should know what they serve. They have hot meals here too but we went for a malted for me and a chocolate shipped come for my wife. We went to the drive through and everything was quick and efficient. The speaker system was understandable so no trouble ordering. The order was up right away. The person helping us was pleasant. The malt and ice cream were great
