The drive through employees at this DQ have the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced at a DQ. They are always so kind and patient, and remember me when I come back. They go above and beyond in the most courteous and fast manner to make sure their customers have a great experience. I have now become a regular at this location not only because it is on my regular route across town and the ice cream and pup cups are good for “treating yourself”, but also because the customer service is amazing.

Love this DQ. The owner and the staff are so friendly and willing to do whatever they can to have satisfied customers. It definitely runs like a small family business. My daughter has a very specific request for her hamburger, and even if we don't visit for a few months, the owner remembers what she wants without even telling him. Makes you feel like it's personal service and not just another franchise.

The staff and supervisor were very helpful. Being on the edge looking for a last-minute cake after the original person fell through this DQ saved the day! The staff was very helpful and educated about the product I needed but they didn't have it in stock she placed me on hold I spoke with the supervisor and he was able to help accommodate my needs. I live six minutes close to the DQ on 71st but I drive the extra distance here so I can interact with friendly staff and environment! Thank you for your help and always being friendly!

Food tasted like the oil was pretty old, but wad still fine.
The restaurant was clean and smelled clean! However, we were swarmed by a group of 20+ just before leaving, which was pretty uncomfortable in such a small space.

This location has completely upgraded their staff. Haven’t been in there in over a year because the old staff used to be terrible but now the new staff is fantastic. They actually acknowledge you, and say thank you. I appreciate the turn around. The food was fresh and hot.

This is the BEST Dairy Queen ever!!!!!! The staff is AMAZING!!! A few weeks ago, I felt bad coming to the drive though late, like 30 minutes before they closed but the drive through guy was SO NICE! I’ve stopped the past three weeks because this guy is literally the nicest person! Tonight when I pulled up he remembered my usual order. If I could, I would give him 100 stars! He’s the epitome of customer service! Also, the food and ice cream was bomb! Thank you!!!

Talk about a pleasant experience. Staff was extraordinarily nice. It was fast and quick. I have been to this location where the line wrapped around the corner. That slowed things down when receiving our orders. But I can't fault the staff for that It's hard to make 500 blizzards in an hour.

Absolutely terrible. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I asked to add on a pup cup for my dog (which they had no idea what that was).. They proceeded to tell me they don't give those out so I had to basically beg to let me pay for it so I could have one and then explain that it was just a small dish with a little bit of vanilla ice cream. And then they almost forgot to give me my double fudge cookie dough blizzard until i sat there and they remembered.. I get home and it's a chocolatey blizzard with chocolate chunks in it.. NO cookie dough. How do you forget the main ingredient and instead add something irrelevant?! I'm so angry I wasted my money and time to get my order wrong. They seriously need some new workers who know what they're doing!

Sopped in on my way back to Kokomo around 9:30 on Valentines night. The lady who took my order was very rude. Told me I'd have to wait if I ordered because it was almost closing time (10:00). I told her that was ok. The girl at the window who took my money was very nice. The one who took the order and was making the food was slamming things around and making remarks. I got my food and left. Needless to say. She must of been in a hurry to get out of there. My food is in a trash can at a gas station down the road. It was nasty!! I'll not be stopping there anytime soon
