I love this place, my favorite place to hang out & relax for an hour or so! Best bagels & coffee in town, been going here for many years, never get tired of my bagels, love them!!!!

I'm a daily customer here. Eve. Though they are short staffed, they are a highly popular ɓagel/coffee shop. As a customer, I see how hard they strive for each customers experience. The "register girls," as I call them, are very polite, knowledgeable, mannered, and eager to help find you exactly what you're looking for. Fresh handmade bagels, cookies, muffins, apple, and strawberry pastries along with a variety of gourmet coffee, lattes, shakes, and even strawberry banana smoothies! Whether you're a first timer or a daily customer, this location will leave you with wanting more. Did I mention the variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Which u can get at any time. This location is only open from 6 am to 12 pm due to lack of staffing. But the staff they do have are amazing! This is a must try. Just remember they are VERY BUSY, so please be patient with them and remember to tip. They have a lot of orders to fill and work 6 to 7 days a week.. They have families, bills, and miss out on things. One team member drives 2 hours just to work there, and another is struggling with transportation and housing. But yet, these ladies still do their best to shine every day and provide the best service they can! The baker comes in at 2 am. To start baking these fresh, delicious bagels and other items. 10/10 highly recommend. They even do catering for all type of gatherings! They prove everything. Please update your store hours online. I drove 30 minutes from downtown to this location, to discover that it closed at noon, rather than 2pm. Other than that, this store has amazing food!

Admittedly the drip coffee can be a little strong than I personally prefer but to each their own!
Otherwise the staff has been great, service has been prompt, their stock is fresh and varied, and the place has always been clean and organized.
Yummy bagels and cream cheese spreads, including several different flavors of both savory and sweet varieties. The best menu items here, though, are the bagel breakfast sandwiches - several options with meat, egg, and cheese combined with other sauces make a hearty, delicious morning meal.
Einstein bagel, always my go to spot if I can’t figure out where to go. Perfect lunch sandwich, very filling. The bagels are pretty good, not my favorite bagel joint but it’s tried and true.
Stopped by yesterday after being trapped in the hospital for a week. Kat and Joe went above and beyond and restored my soul with exceptional hospitality. Einstein Bros have delicious bagels by default. I’ve gotten the same bagels out West. What made this worth coming back was the service. They treated every customer before me and after with such kindness and seemed to thoroughly enjoy working there.
Stopped in for a bite to eat about 1030am. I was greeted by several employees in a friendly manor. They reviewed the most popular items on the menu and I chose a pepperoni pizza bagel on onion bagel. I love onion bagels! The sandwich was hot and very good. I had no trouble eating it all. If I am back on this side of town I will stop again.
Alisa and Kat did a fantastic job running the entire operation by themselves at 9AM on a Monday in the middle of a breakfast rush. They got my order to me quick and the food was a 10/10. They better be getting paid enough! ;)
No greetings when entering or while standing in line waiting. Chai tea was Flavorless! For the $4.29 before tax being charged for a Medium, I won't get that again. There was No Thank You when leaving EITHER. Customer service is Evidently NOT their Forte.
No indoor seating yet. The bagel was good but they forgot the cream cheese.
