It was bit chaotic, but management was on top of it.
However, I always feel everyone can always improve on some aspect of their professional self (that includes myself)!

Sandwich shop! Lunch! Best it can be!

We did enjoy ourselves, the food, and the atmosphere!

I wanted to take a moment to write this post because the restaurant deserves to be applauded. Customer service is horrible EVERYWHERE but when visiting this location it’s always a VIBE! Customers service A1, smiling faces and clean environment. This says a lot about the Management. I am a business owner in the area. It makes me proud seeing this! BRAVO 👏 I just learned the managers name is TIM. Give this man a paid day off. THANK YOU for being so pleasant

Wow! My sandwich-tender was incredible! I can't tolerate gluten in my diet and he was right on top of the special instructions for making my order safely! The food is always incredible, thanks a lot, Jersey Mike's!

Wow this has to be the best sub I've eaten in 53 years! Oh wow delicious, the bread so fresh it's like I just took it out the oven, portion of sandwich is blowing my mind. I could only eat half of a half sandwich! I will never go to another sub shop! Jersey Mike's keep being excellent!!!

first time coming here and the service was awesome and the chicken bacon ranch was the best i have ever had and i'm 55 so i have had a few but wow i will definitely be back i also took home a tuna sub also very good.

I wish I could give this location 100 stars. The people are awesome and happily handle our special requests when we get lunch for the office, which is fairly often because it's one of our favorites! The guys that work the lunch shift (usually Tim, I believe he's the manager or owner) know me and my order by now, and will even call me to make sure we have all of the condiments we need if I forget to put something in the order notes. The sandwiches are delicious too, of course!
I just realized today I never noticed the option to leave a tip when I checkout online 🤦🏻♀️ I feel like a jerk. These guys deserve all the monies!

This crew is beastly. I watched them bust out a line of 10 customers in under 6 min. All sandwiches were correct and all customers were happy. This is what happens when a group of people are dedicated to the craft and dedicated to hard work.

Service was very slow and ended up getting my order wrong. Staff pleasant enough. Food was above average.
