Cleanliness is to be desired. First of all, I had to clean my table, the staff wasn't that busy for someone to be designated to sanitation detail for routine upkeep of the place, also they did not forecast properly and were severely behind on getting pizza to the public (don't know how that happens at a buffet). Other than that, a nice place to get pizza..... A LOT of pizza! My daughter loves this place so we will give it another try to see if any progress has been made.

Good pizza for the price, and I like the buffet style. We used to visit the one here in Asheville, regularly until it closed a couple of years ago, so we were happy to run across this one during our visit to Indianapolis.

We go on a regular and I must say the 2 additions Derek and Will are awesome. Derek was so friendly and helpful. He came and ask us a few times did we need anything and grabbed plates off table. Will man you doing awesome job on them pizzas. I could finally taste that garlic butter on pizza and it made pizza taste better than before... Keep up the good work fellas... 👏

I thought I ordered on line.
But didn't close out to complete the order.
Went to pick up my pizza.
The mgr on duty helped me out and got my pizza fast and gave me a free drink while I was waiting.
Ordering again this Friday.

Used to frequent here a lot many years ago and haven’t been back since we don’t live close until recently. The staff is pretty cool. The whole area lost power when we were in there but thankfully we already got our food. They handled it well except a thin white male in the back was cussing up a storm and kids were in there. I’m not a pride 🤣 and use those words often, but there’s always a time and place and know your audience. The Mac n cheese pizza was really salty but the rest of the pizza was so good. Buffalo chicken is our favorite. We’ll still go back.

GIVE CICI’S ANOTHER CHANCE, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I hadn’t been to Cici’s in a few years when I went there in the summer of ‘22. It was sad to say the least. Run down, dirty with funky ‘dirty’ odor throughout with unkempt, uninterested employees. I honestly thought it was on it’s way to closing if the dept of health didn’t beat ‘em to it so when I was on the south side a few days ago and found it still open I stopped in to check it out and was very pleasantly surprised! It’s been cleaned & spiffed up, smelled of yummy pizza and the employees were friendly, energetic and crisply dressed. I’m going back today for the most delicious endless salad, pizza, pasta & dessert you can find for $12 including endless, fresh soft drinks😋

I'm from Michigan and frequented Cici's 15-20 years ago, quite often, when my sons were young. Since then the Michigan locations have closed. I was excited seeing this Indy location and had to try it. I was not disappointed, taking this trip down memory lane. Food was fresh and delicious, the team all were working hard and taking pride in their work. Also very friendly. The restaurant was kept very clean. The team of a business makes all the difference and this location has got it together, I will return.

Place was pretty good, staff was extremely nice to my group of friends and were even joking with us while we were paying at entrance! Only a couple of tables were a bit dirty but staff was working very hard on cleaning the tables up while also trying to do everything else so I cannot blame them, it looks like a stressful job. Even when they seemed busy, I asked if they still made pizza to order and one dude told me they still do very kindly and took my custom pizza order :) the alfredo pizza I ordered was very good 👍 the other pizzas on the buffet line were alright, I thought it was yummy for a unlimited pizza buffet and very affordable for a bunch of college students coming out of a convention from downtown!! I hope this place hires more staff in the future so the employees have more people to rely on! A good 8/10 from me!

The food is always the best a cicis I really miss mine in my hometown. The servers were getting those pizzas out fast. We did have to wait for the dessert pizza to come out at the very end tho. The game room was cool tons of claw machines two of which weren't working and neither was their air hockey table. The candy claw machine also took my quarter and didn't work.
