Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a bowl, half chicken, half steak over white rice. The food was very good. I always get half chicken and half steak because one is typically better than the other. This time the chicken was really good. The steak wasn't bad, but it wasn't as fresh and lacked a little flavor. I would definitely eat here again

This location is much better than the new chipotle that opened down the road in carmel. This location on 86th street always has great service and enough ingredients. They put enough food into your bowl unlike the people in carmel. DO NOT GO to the carmel location. Come to this location (86th street).

Visited on Friday night, it was quite busy but I didn't mind the line seeing that it wasn't too long. Right away I noticed the server was having issues keeping up with the line, again not an issue that moment because things happen. At this point, I'm about 4th in line so it's cool. No else is assisting him, but Brian (he was in the back with the food, I know his name because I asked the server during checkout who was now cashier) let him know to keep the line moving as it was growing... now as the next customer steps up to place order, I see that server is just intentionally being slow & not paying attention. Also the cashier is frustratingly making it known that it's time for her to go. Many who have worked in service know that too many wrong are happening right now. So Brian uses his excellent customer service skills to take over the line to get things caught up because now the line is to the door. Also not only did the cashier leave in the middle of this, but made her 2 huge burritos while Brian made orders & previous server went to ring out orders. I did thank Brian before I left for his initiative. Just being a team player. It's easy to slack & not care but I still appreciate those who still care for others. My food was great and I frequent that Chipotle so it was shocking to see it not up to par.

I ❤️ Chipotle, I 'm just disappointed that when I 'm paying what I am.. I should be receiving a great deal MORE chicken in my burritos or bowls / dishes. Chipotle has always been very generous with toppings but now when it comes to MEAT you see alot LESS unfortunately:( . This however will not stop me from going to Chipotle and enjoying the meals I 've come to enjoy! :) However it would be great if we could see more MEAT back on our meals even if it means paying slightly more..
