Delicious!!! I had catfish, slaw and beans and rice. Fabulous home cooked meal. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Had dinner today at Paleo Soul with my sister and niece. The service was excellent, the food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the owner is so nice, friendly and inviting. The overall experience was enjoyable and I look forward to going back. I had the pork chops and gravy, collard greens, sweet potatoes and corn bread. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. My only complaint was that I was so full, I didn't have room for desert. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little healthier take on soul food!
First off, Tanisha makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Then we got the food to our home and... We are in love! You know those nights where you don't want to cook but you want home cooked food? Well, that's what Paleo Soul is. Home cooked food. And it made everyone in my family happy!! Turkey leg, garlic herb salmon, blackened salmon. Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese. ALL of it was delicious. We will definitely keep Paleo Soul on our regular rotation!!
Loved it! It was like eating a nice home cooked meal. Hearty, but healthy. Excellent service. They also played great music. The Turkey Chop was super tasty, and so was the salmon.

First time here but it won’t be my last. Paleo Soul is a unique blend of paleo and authentic soul food made with REAL food vs processed food products. Great people, great service and your food is cooked to order. Give it a try!
This was a trek from downtown but it was WELL WORTH IT. I walked in about 20 minutes before close and was concerned before I got there that they would be shutting down. I shouldn't have! Every single person was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. It's black owned which is a wonderful bonus and the reason I decided to make the drive in the first place. I will definitely make the trek on a regular basis!
My sister and I recently visited Paleo Soul and I had the Food was EXCELLENT. The service was WONDERFUL as well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. You definitely need to try this establishment because we had the Salmon & Pot Roast as our Entrees and Im still craving for the same meal. See you all soon.
I've been planning on trying them out for almost a year now...Today was the perfect day. I called & asked how do I find their menu & she said FB, well as it turns out I don't have FB so she read me the entire menu. Well I settled on turkey leg w/ rice & gravy with mixed greens & cabbage... heard the potato salad was good so I added it on as well. Husband purchased pot roast w/mash, but I added mac because he loves macaroni. My food was delicious, customer service was excellent... I will definitely return
