That staff was great, fast and efficient. A couple dirty tables, but it was pretty busy and is expected. I did get a couple stale chips in the bag. The food bowl I received was awesome. New chorizo plant-based. Really happy with the over all good and atmosphere!

Great place for a quick meal I ate in music was kinda loud but it is what it is. Let me tell you the steak had a kick and OH MY that is what pushed this to 5 stars will come back every time I'm in INDY

Awesome people and awesome service. The quality and quantity were awesome. And you get same food which ever location u choose. But for this location service was quick and great people. One issue was they never allowed me to redeem the tortila from the rewards menu

I don’t normally give reviews for places like chipotle which are the same across the nation, but this location deserves one. Like the rest of the nation, they are overworked and understaffed at this location. When I arrived on a Tuesday evening, they had one poor lady working the entire line/front of house. She was doing her best to be efficient while also taking care of every customers specific order. Behind me, a man felt the need the berate this worker when he arrived to the front of the line. The lady handled the increasingly charged situation with grace and poise. She kept asking the man if he would like to order food despite his grievances. And I’m sure she was at the end of her rope since there was a sign stating the entire store had been without gas to grill that day so they had limited offerings. The whole chipotle team handled this irate customer with professionalism and I want to make sure they are recognized for that.
Regarding the food, it tasted the same as any other chipotle. There was no guac available due to a nationwide shortage.

Rico and William welcomed me as part of the early lunch rush and provided excellent recommendations for what was looking fresh and best available for my burrito. Really made my midday meal special. Also, I love the lemonade beverages, got a watermelon lemonade today.

My daughter and I were greeted when we entered. Our order was taken promptly and the person preparing our food was very courteous. Our food was fresh and the beef and chicken cooked properly. Restaurant was clean, even though it was busy.

I’m usually a die hard Qdoba fan, but this Chipotle got the downtown Qdoba beat! From the quality of food, the selection, the staff, the actual bathroom available for guests… it’s top tier. And they have a vegetarian/vegan protein option.

They were very busy. Due to the general assembly for the Church of the Nazarene in town. They got us through the line pretty quickly even with most of the people in line not speaking English
