Insomnia Cookies

Went to get some cookies for my partner’s birthday last night, and I just wanna say thank you to all the staff in there. It was about 11:00pm, I think some staff was clocking out, but you guys were so sweet and patient. Two fellas complimented my hair and one even offered me a glowstick. That made my night. To the lady working register and the manager (I’m guessing), ya’ll were so sweet. Everyone had a smile on their face and the atmosphere was great. I don’t know if it was on purpose or on accident, but I got three extra cookies along with just the three that I ordered. So thank you so much! My partner was really happy and it was a nice surprise for the both of us. To the chick in the mushroom hat who was making a fuss about her one cookie order and storming out after you guys communicated to her, were patient, and not escalating the situation, she doesn’t deserve you guys. You guys are awesome and doing a wonderful job! <3

I recently visited Insomnia Cookies with high hopes of indulging in their renowned cookies and ice cream, and I must admit that their delectable offerings did not disappoint. Each bite of the cookies was a delightful experience, with the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The ice cream was equally impressive, boasting a rich and creamy consistency that left me craving more. However, despite the undeniable quality of their desserts, my experience was marred by the lackluster service I encountered. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. In conclusion, if you are seeking mouthwatering cookies and ice cream, Insomnia Cookies is certainly worth a visit. However, be prepared for the possibility of encountering subpar service during your visit.

Stopped here 9/9 while walking through Broad Ripple. We got a dozen assorted cookies to go. I loved them, my husband hated them. They are soft & gooey which I love but he likes a hard crispy cookie. Personal choice. 4 stars because (to my surprise) they don’t have a case out front to look at the cookies & pick. They have a ice cream case (?) maybe they should be insomnia ice cream

There's nothing more curves your desire to craving a sweet delightful meal of the day. Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night; The flavoring tasting aroma of Orgean Crew. This is where I go for light and good fresh cookies, snicker doodles, and endless sugar rush. Over all, the service is always safe and friendly.

The best way to anyone’s heart ! HOT FRESH SNICKERDOODLES until 3am ..there is almost always a little lined formed by the front door. It’s not for any reason, it’s because the staff is friendly and fast and the cookie are realllly good. I frequent the place, and you shoukd stop by and try it any time your in town or drive all the way across town for these cookies like I do regularly! Haha ENJOY!

Such soft delicious cooks 😍 Very good cookies, absolutely love them. My personal favorite is the peanut butter. HOWEVER peanut butter is dry normally so you will need or want water after. I say this because I do it every time yet I still LOVE these cookies. They have some chocolate lovers, raisin lovers, and even plain sugar cookie lovers. You really cannot go wrong getting cookies here, the hours are what make the place unique. What is best as since it’s in broad ripple they are open extra late!
