Pleasantly surprised with this place! We needed some place close before the baby needed to go to bed so gave this a try. Very good! Fast. And friendly people. Will absolutely go back!

Decided to try this place after a recommendation. Service was quick and on point. Hands down. The food was super fresh and was somewhat seasoned down for the consumer. My experience with Chicken Tikka Marsala was somewhat of a thicker sauce. But it was flavorful and spicy according to request. The nann was super fresh and we had some chips that’s started with a “P” I believe which were also pretty amazing. Atmosphere was ok. Alotnof door dash/Uber eats drivers in and out so it felt like we were at a carry out and decided to sit down.

I had lunch there for the first time. I enjoyed every minute of it. The lentil was very delicious compared to other lentil soups I have tasted. And we ordered garlic, naan bread, as well as the vegetarian eggplant dish. It turned out so well. The variety of flavors that I tasted and smelled even though I can’t smell very well and taste very well was delightful today! Great job Shalimar!

My family gets take out here once and awhile. The staff is kind and efficient. I was able to call in to order for 6-8 people and they had it ready for us at 5pm right when they open. We had all the correct food and it all tasted amazing! Definitely our favorite Indian food restaurant!

This place has the tastiest Indian food in the city! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the space is cozy. I haven't tried anything there yet I haven't loved ❤️

This place is an absolute gem. The food is AMAZING. We had Chicken Tikka Masala and Saag Paneer and of course the best garlic naan you will ever taste in your life. Didn’t get the vegetable samosas this time but also a must try.

The food was amazing and the service was delightful. I wanted to try something new and I was led to a very delicious vegetable fritter dish(Sorry I can't remember the name of the dish). So many vegetarian options. It made my life so easy. In most restaurants I have to order a regular meal minus the meat but not here. Their vegetarian menu is probably the biggest section of the menu. I love this place and I will be back.
