Met at the door by many welcomes. Place was enpty when we got there but picked up..clean facility. Dbl bacon cheeseburger w small fries and beverage. Burger good as always. Fries were good, but a minute or two old....its the fresh crisp thing with cooked to order fries. First time at this venue will be back.

The food is always wonderful! My daughter asks to go to 5 Guys when she has doctors appointments. It makes the day less stressful for both of us.

Never been to this location, but we were in the area and had a craving for Five Guys when we drove by to go somewhere else. The burgers were delicious. All workers encountered were great and amazing. We will be back when in this part of Indy.

It's not often I have the pleasure to compliment the service at a fast food joint. This Five Guys location always has great service workers. Their food is what you'd expect from a Five Guys (very good), but the service you get at this location really goes above and beyond what is to be expected of fast food these days!

For a fast food burger 🍔 joint, Five Guys is hard to beat! I love the fresh salty french fries with the potato skin still on the spuds. We got our burgers "all the way," so they came loaded with everything. Moist. Flavorful. Delicious. The facility is clean. Service is quick and friendly. Large soda selection. Prices are pretty reasonable.

My experience with Five Guys was pretty solid! The customer service & friendliness of the front register staff was good, and they were very quick with serving the food, taking around 6 minutes for fresh food!
While we waited, they had peanuts in the lobby that were free for everyone to eat!
My family & I came and ordered 2 Little Burgers (Single Burger), and a Regular Cheeseburger (Double Cheeseburger) with fries!
I personally had the Regular Cheeseburger/Double Cheeseburger and the taste on a scale of 1-10 for the burger was about a 7.5. You get the option to add a list of toppings which are about 10 in total. I added Lettuce, Tomato, And Pickles! You will definitely want to add some sauce on the burgers as the meat was indeed fresh but not really exploding with taste.
The fries remind me of Penn Station fries, which were indeed tasty!
If you are a burger person, I would check it out!

Loved it! I had never been and went there on lunch after the place I was originally heading was out of what I wanted. They were packed! However, the line to order and wait for food wasn't bad at all. The burger was amazing. A little on the pricier side, but well worth it in my opinion. I would totally recommend!

3 of us went to Five Guys tonight for burgers. They are always courteous, fast and have good taste burgers. Nice and very clean interior and the toilets. This place always makes me happy.
