Tanya at this location is such a great employee. She always has a smile, even when it is busy or seems tense. I feel she elevated the customer service level of the entire restaurant since she’s been here. My order is always great and everything is fresh.

I love their food and their service is always great. It would be nice if they had some more economical choices, discounts, or more frequent promos. I always feel like I spend way too much and getting an iced tea is splurging when a drink comes with your meal at most other places!
Had never heard of McAlister's prior to our visit from out of town. Now I can't wait to go back. Food was amazing, sweet tea was awesome, and the customer service was even better. Immediately went online and was happy to find a location near our home.
The service was good. Their Strawberry lemonade was pretty good too. Can't remember the name of the sandwich I ordered but it had Bacon, Turkey and Ham with the garden toppings and a DELICIOUS Dill pickle on the side 😋
