Stopped today. Was disappointed that this location DOES NOT serve breakfast. I had to settle for lunch food.
I opted for a Spud Max, no black olives and a diet dr pepper.
The potato was definitely hot and fresh but they are very inconsistent with the amount of meat and cheese they add to their potatoes. Today was a skimpy day.
I hate how much ice they put in their glasses. it was watered down before i was done with it at the restaurant and when i got a refill on the way out, i asked for only soda ... not to top off the ice... it still got watered down so fast i threw over half a glass out by the time i got home.
The staff at this location was playing behind the counter too much... as if there was no adult supervision. I'm not sure if the manager wasn't present or if the manager was one of the immature people behind the counter.
At least they were nice and the food was good. I still prefer the Carmel location which is good since that is the closer one lol.
New Breakfast Menu!. Just got the new breakfast menu from McAlister's. Updated the menus and local website info.
The food here is about as good as it can get for a deli. Very tasty and fresh, and lots of options for any palate. There is a large amount of indoor seating and a smaller amount of outdoor seating so, even if it's busy, you'll likely find a seat. The food does take a bit of time to come out: I think I waited about 12 minutes for my to-go meal, but I would probably be suspicious if it came out in a shorter time frame than that. All in all, a good deal and a good meal.
Probably the best McAlisters I've ever been too. The food was by far the best I've had at any location. The staff was super nice and helpful. They even have staff that walks around and busses tables. We sat inside but this location actually offers outdoor seating that had a great atmosphere and allowed you to get some sunshine. Hope I get a chance to return here.
A solid lunch spot. Can be very busy during the week though. They do a solid job of getting you through the line and making sure you get exactly what you ordered. Lots of big tables for larger groups as well as some outdoor seating. I always get the delicious sweet tea and either a pick two with a soup and club sandwich or a chicken caesar salad. The refill marker is a great idea. Just flip it to Green if you want a refill and they get you taken care of.
Amazing service. Catering is always very timely and friendly. Bob delivered our food and even offered to set everything up for us! I would choose McAlister's every time for our office catering!
Tanya at this location is such a great employee. She always has a smile, even when it is busy or seems tense. I feel she elevated the customer service level of the entire restaurant since she’s been here. My order is always great and everything is fresh.
Love this chain for friendly staff and a abundance of healthy choices and love their soups and baked potatoes.
Excellent establishment! The food was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Our food was prepared quickly but with attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Food was good. Only one person at the register and had to wait in line for a while. Even though there is only a couple of people ahead. There were about six tables that weren't available due to being dirty from previous visitors. On top of all the tables that were blocked off for virus protection reasons. Sweet tea wasn't as sweet as their other locations. Otherwise it was fine. Staff was friendly.
After shopping for groceries, we were on our way home and we're trying to find a place to eat. As we neared the area, McAllister's was in sight. My SIL and I went in. We ordered our lunch to I go. I couldn't wait to get home. The food as always was very, very good and today it tasted very,very good. I just wished I lived closer so I could go to McAllister's more often. The prices, service and the delicious meal. A person can't go wrong eating at this restaurant.
Very quick service food quality was high and delivered to the table quickly.
