Amelia's - Indianapolis - Photo album

The pastries are amazing. The croissants, bread etc are flaky and fresh they melt in your mouth. The service was ok, nothing to brag about. The two young ladies there are not the friendliest but I guess they are doing their job. I would have given the place a five unfortunately they don’t have the
This shop was very cute! I enjoyed the selections of products along with the food I got. I got a half loaf and it seemed like it still went bad quickly. The brownie I got was very delicious; great blend of salty meets sweet chocolate. The person there was nice and told us about the special along wit
Amazing pastries! The chocolate croissant is to die for. Nothing bad on the menu, and friendly staff!
One of the best bakeries in indy! My favorite are croissants, pecan cookies, cinnamon rolls, semolina loaf, also this apple brioche tart is amazing. Kind of prefer their dessert more than savory pastries.. I recommend going there as early as u can coz many options will be sold out in the afternoon.
We ordered breakfast from Amelia’s recently to see if their breakfast sandwiches were worth the hype they get. I got the sausage sandwich and let me tell ya, that thing was INSANE! The amount of egg that they put on it is crazy! The sandwich overall was awesome. I also got a cinnamon roll on the si
Wow their bread and pastries are amazingly delicious! I got a croissant, a pain au Chocolat, a spinach croissant, quign aman and a half pain de Mie , country loaf. Everything is so good and tasty. And price is so reasonable. Wish they open their branch in Downtown Chicago. Staffs were very friendly a
Time to update this review with a little more depth. Connected to Bluebeard, this gem produces some of the finest breads and treats in all of Indy...rivaled only by the Blue Oven Bakery in Cincinnati. Baguettes, specialty loaves, Cranberry-Walnut bread, croissants, oatmeal pecan cookies, panforte (
This is a small and lovely bakery. My friends and I are hooked on their brownies. They always have samples in case you want to try something before buying. And don't even get me started on their bread 🍞. And they are very professional, sweet, and caring. They actually take time to tell you all the i
Very tasty bread and pastries as well as local groceries. Really enjoyed the chocolate croissant, bread, zucchini pastry, and the shortbread and baguette were fine also. I also love that they are open later in the day. The staff is always kind and have good recommendations!
This place is amazing. I got the Capocollo Twist which was the most amazing savory croissant have ever had with the perfect amount of saltness coming from the Italian find meat and cheese. I also had the orange Dreamsicle croissant, well, the first white bite was underwhelming. The second bite have
I hope the Virginia location isn’t suffering quality by opening of it’s new locations! They have the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had! Today, unfortunately it did not taste the same, thick, hard cookie.
Love their online ordering and curbside pickup. Super helpful for disabled folks or those who are neurodivergent. Products are delicious and their grocery and bulk items are accessible. Favorites include the laminated cinnamon buns, savory city loaf, kouign amann, morning buns, and capicolo twists.
The greatest bread, pastries, and pantry items in the most charming storefront. Amelia's bread has become an absolute staple in my household--we enjoy it nearly every day.
Amelia's bakery is on point everytime. Whoever is baking deserves a raise. Minus one star because with these prices, they should definitely have a rewards card for frequent breaded goods buyers. Also on more than one occasion we ordered and the order was lost or not recorded
Absolutely amazing bakery. Super easy curbside pickup in their side alley. The bread smells and tastes incredible. Not pictured cinnamon roll croissant because I ate it immediately and couldn't put it down, so delicious. Highly recommend for authentic artisan bread lovers, and everyone else. Edited
We swing in and get stuff every time we are in Indy in the morning! As past bakery owners we try to find good shops and patronize them when we can. Glad we saw that short paragraph in Bon Appétit mag 6 or so years ago, it has always been worth the time to get off the interstate and come in.
