Plenty of parking, nice friendly staff, always freshly cooked, low wait.. good clean, warm atmosphere. Food tastes great! Free peanuts.. you get more fries then expected! Prices of little bit high, but you get a good serving amount :)

All Drink machines were down. But they were more than happy to sell you an overpriced 20oz. French fries were overdone and we're also out of Cajun or they forgot.

I've never been to 5 guys before and it was pretty tasty. The portions are huge. It was really clean inside. Apparently telling you where the fries are from is a thing they do.

Nice burger and dog joint! Plenty of parking outside and seating inside. Grab some salted peanuts in a shell when you come in. They are all you want and a courtesy (free) to customers. Stopped on 7/23 for a regular burger (which is two patties) with lettuce and tomato. And an order of regular fries to go. There french fries are cut in store and the patties are never frozen. Loved the burger nice and juicy and full of flavor. They always fill the French fry box and dump extra on top, plenty of fries. Overall nice place to eat in or carry out like me.

As always, Five Guys offered an amazing burger and exceptional fries. Things I love:
The burgers are well made, from an assembly standpoint. The ingredients are balanced.
If you're not up for a double cheeseburger, the standard Five Guys burger, order a little cheeseburger. Don't let the term "little" confuse you though. This is a full size burger, just one patty not two.
Access to peanuts , and extra paper trays to dispose of shells is truly fun...and tidy. Allergic to peanuts? Do not walk, run away from Five Guys. All of their fried items are fried in peanut oil.
The Coca Cola machine mixes brands and flavoring to create new tastes. The sugar free options are plentiful.
The only downside? The counterattendant is somewhat forced to yell your order number because it's kind of loud in there with an open kitchen and several people talking. I wish they would consider putting out a number system that was visual. Our service person yelled our number out twice before I could just get up and walk over there. It's like being rushed, and I don't want to be rushed.
I love this place, and we make it a point to go there whenever we are in Indianapolis as we live in a rural community. If you are a burger lover, this place should be on your local radar, all across the US :-)

The wait is worth it. Burgers are made to order so don't expect fast food speed. That's not what they're about. Eat some peanuts to pass the time. And don't forget the fries.... Huge orders of fries.

One of the best Five Guys I’ve been too! The staff was really friendly, the food was so delicious I had to get an extra grilled cheese cheeseburger! Will be back soon!!

The easiest burger to compare all other burgers to. Also know as “passing the Five Guys test.” When you’re eating another burger just ask yourself “Would I have been happier at Five Guys?”

This Five Guys has always had great and quick service. I actually get my Chocolate Shake without having to remind them!
I think this was the first one in Indy and has always had the best service.
Five Guys is my go to place for a good Cheeseburger.
